Great food and atmosphere. The steak and other food prices are much more affordable then other steak houses in the area. We... will definitely be returning when we are in town. The chicken breast were excellent. Our server was great, friendly and veryhelpful. Read more

This was the first time trying the Blacksmith. We are from Cookeville and came in for the weekend. The decor was cool, love the... industrial feel. We ordered the fries for an appetizer and they were yummy. The potatoes were seasoned very nicely, just wishthere was a little more cheese. I really liked the ranch! I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the fruit, Mac n cheese, and aceasar salad. The fruit was fresh and tasty. The mac n cheese was kinda bland to be honest, wasn't enough cheese or sauce in myopinion. I took some of the sauce from my guys order of chicken Alfredo pasta and put it in the mac n cheese and it was supertasty! The salad was crisp and fresh . I stayed with the ranch instead of ceasar. He ordered the chicken alfredo pasta. It wasso garlicky it burnt my throat. But he enjoyed it. Service was great, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and was veryhelpful! Read more

We had a nice meal there after church today. My husband had a Hillbilly Philly (chicken) with mac and cheese. I had the BLGT... (BLT with green tomato) with a loaded baked potato. Delicious, well-presented, generous portions, and well-seasoned. Susie gaveus wonderful service and never kept us waiting for drink refills. We will definitely go back! Read more

My husband and I took a ride and decided to stop at The Blacksmith Restaurant in Dyersburg. What a great place. Our server... Samantha was wonderful and our food was fabulous. Kudos to the chef. The appetizers -Forged deviled eggs and Anvil bites werescrumptious. We also had the Molten Burger and Chicken BLP both delicious. Of course we ate half and brought home leftovers sowe could share a dessert ( White Chocolate Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake) which was also fabulous. Can’t wait to try other itemsin the future. I've been here twice now for lunch. We've been seated immediately. Both waitresses were fantastic (I'm always asking for Karen.... She's amazing!) We received our food promptly and it was very good. I HIGHLY recommend the forged deviled eggs appetizer. Read more

If your looking for a nice restaurant for a Date or Party, this is the place. One of the nicest restaurants in Dyersburg and the... busy atmosphere is a testament to that. Food has a nice variety and is all very well cooked and seasoned(and photogenic atthat). We've been here twice now and both times we was very satisfied. Read more

Susie our server is Great.. the food was excellent, John wanted his steak a lil more done so they took it back and presented him... with a whole new plate loaded bake and scallops too. The steak needed no A1 or salt as it was wonderfully seasoned. The saladwas crisp, fresh and delish. I had a desert drink called the finisher and if you like salted caramel that’s the Desert drinkto have!! Our first time there but not our last.. Ask for Susie she’s a dynamite Server!! Read more

Food here was good but service was lacking, as it does in so many places. My dining companion ordered Mac n Cheese, didn't... specify which size, nor did server Susie ask. When it arrived, bf asked if that was the entree size (about $10), she said no,that's the side dish size. Then she said in her own words, "I just assumed you wanted the smaller size..." Servers shouldalways read back the order to customer so both are on the same page, servers shouldn't assume, especially when there are 2 sizesof the same item on the menu! Also when she brought my entree, I had to remind her that it came with a salad, she said, "No youdon't get a salad." She caught herself, then saying "Oh, yes, you do." Bf asked for a side of croutons, kitchen gave her about4 in a cup, not full to top like we expected. Susie was dismissive, saying only, "That's what they gave me..." OK, at least weweren't charged for them. I would return but be more vigilant with what waitstaff says/brings/claims, etc... Read more
