Parking lot was dirty employees not wearing correct uniforms and cussing uncalled for
Horrible management in Dyersville store. Many times they never answer the phone. This has been an ongoing issue for months .... Just today they picked up the phone and laid in the counter with an open line. I drove over to ask why..no one owned up up to it but the phone was indeed on the counter and I was on the other line. The pizza at Casey's has went downhill over the last few years but this time around was the worst and I will never order from... them again. The two pizza's I bought were not what I ordered and one was burnt and the other was not all the way done. I paidfor garlic crust and extra toppings and both pizza's had neither. The barbecue chicken had very little barbecue, you could noteven taste it. Worst pizza I have had from Casey's and I have been ordering pizza for years from them. Read more
This store seems to be struggling. It?s my go to stop for coffee and hot chocolate after my wife and I have supper in town.... During the last few stops they didn?t have hot chocolate in the machine. Last night at 6:30 they had no coffee, the machineswere sort of torn apart but nothing was going on, no hot chocolate, a few cups, trash all around the area and dried spills onthe floor. I thought Casey in Dyersville was doing really good but lately it just took a turn. Closes early and also the pizza now looks... like Chuck E. Cheese pizza where they just throw pieces of pizza together! Read more
I can?t believe the store is closed at 4:00pm on a Saturday, that never would have happened with the last manager. And on top of... that there was no donuts made this morning. I don?t know how you could let a great manager go for what you have now, the storeis completely going down hill I wouldn?t recommend this store to anyone. Read more
Every weekend I visit here and the staff is always amazing. I wanted one particular donut one day and they where out of them.... The staff went ahead and made some right there while I waited! I ended up taking a dozen lol. Read more
I tried calling three different times tonight to order some pizzas...no answer each time. Tried ordering online, not an option... at this store. I never got ahold of anyone. I had to go buy Chad's Pizza instead. I've never had this issue at Farleyscaseys...i would suggest going there. The Dyersville store is a joke. Read more
