We had a timeline to b somewhere. Had 20 min. To spare. Pulled into drive through, they gave us our food and said to pull ahead ... and they will bring our iced coffee out. We waited a total of 16 min from when we ordered. Had the food ate and no coffee, theguy in ft. Of us got his food wrong and jumped out to take it back in. We had to leave to make our appointment. We had a wonderful experience tonight. A very nice lady, I believe her name was Michelle, went above and beyond for us. Becides... handling two large orders she also had time to help us with a special request. My son saw one of the Lightyear toys had a kittyin it. He was really hoping to get that toy but when he opened his happy meal found he didn't get it. After having a hard day atdaycare and then a tee ball game he was stressed and distraught and on the verge of a meltdown. This kind lady went out of herway to see if they had the specific toy and brought out one for him, and one for his sister too! It made my little autisticboy's day and he hasn't put the toy down yet. Got the worst Big Mac l have ever had at any McDonalds in Dyersville, Iowa. The Big Mac is my go to all the time... favorite....today l paid $5.69 plus tax!!! l got it to go, so l couldn't take it back. The bead was hard, cheese wasn't evenmelted, one pickle, tiny amt.
