I placed an online order for pizza at the Caseys store in Dysart IA. I ordered 3 pizzas. A sausage breakfast, 1/2 cheese 1/2... Canadian bacon, 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni. I received a called 30 min prior that the person didn't understand my order, to calland explain. It was a number I didn't know so I didn't answer. Got there to pick it up and when I walked in, I had the worstservice ever. The lady was rude and acted like I was bothering her. Said I didn't understand your order, so....yelled at anotherperson help me. Probably won't order or come here again. Let alone, the pizza lady looked like a meth head. Read more

Tried giving them another shot tonight after quite a few months without Casey's Pizza. Never again. The crust was paper thin and... so flimsy the pizza just fell apart, ordered breadsticks and didn't get enough marinara sauce after asking for extra,breadsticks weren't cooked completely and still doughy, and ordered for pick up at 5pm and was 15 min late. Kitchen is always messing up orders or forgetting something. And most are so rude, you could stand at the kitchen counter for... 10 mins, a employee will make eye contact and still wont bother to ask if you need something. Not good customer service. Read more
Broke down there with a bad alternator. Spent money there before and during breakdown. Breakdown is out of the way in their... parking lot. Cash register person seems like it's more of an inconvenience for her than my 99mi tow charge of $483, car of 4kids , wife and self. Not very personable. Seems like she'd rather not be working there honestly. I'm more sad for Casey'scorporation than my predicament. The passerbys are more concerned and helpful than the property staff. Pizza on the spinnerseems old and past pull-time. Love Casey's everywhere else otherwise. Read more
Very limited options. Most of the time the people working in the back are extremely rude, and even though they are supposed to... stop making pizza at 2:00 or 10:30 they will tell you otherwise to get out of making pizzas. It is very sad that in a town withfew food options in the first place, they will tell you they are not making a pizza for you. Read more
I just want to give a shout-out to the people in the kitchen! Even when they are slammed with orders, they make each customer... feel individual and heard. Plus the pizza is always good! Read more
