Don?t bother ordering Uber eats here. They set my food on a rack and another person grabbed my food. When I called the... restaurant they said they can?t remake my food and I would have to cancel my order to have a refund? all I wanted was my food.They should have a better system with handling delivery food. Things you want when you go out to eat. Food is hot and tastes good. Servers are there if you need anything but not in your... face. Place is clean. You don't have to wait an hour to be seated or served. They did all this for the most part. Although theywere short staffed and had a while section closed off. We ended up sitting in the bar. I don't blame a place for being shortstaffed these days. BUT if you have a problem keeping staff, think about paying a bit more and look at your management style. Read more
The bartender lady was very rude to me and my guest. I felt disrespected on her comment about me paying for me and my guests... check. Mentioned cutting me off at 6 drinks over ?company? policy? When I was there the week before and had over 12 drinks withno issue. I felt micro aggressions with racism from her. I am NOT happy with the service I had. I left a ZERO tip. This was yourbartender lady working 11/21/22 afternoon. I?m a recurring customer who spends good money here as I fly back and forth to Eaganon business trips. Don't waste your time. Terrible service asked for cheese curds, told they didn't have them. Had to ask for everything, didn't... receive silverware. didn't receive plates of any kind. They are fast and quick in delivery. They keep the location safe and are good at attending the tables.
HORRIBLE. My teammates and I, about 17 people, decided to stop in, ON A MONDAY, to grab dinner after a night of team bonding. We... were told we would have to split up into tables of 4. Fine, but the same 17 people are going to be served? After waiting forabout 10 minutes, we were told there was only one waiter and she cannot serve us as she had to catch up on her current tables.There were 3 families. THREE. On a Monday. Called an hour in advance for an order pick up and confirmed on the time to pick up being 4:40. Arrived and waited for an... additional 20 minutes while we watched several others 4-5 car loads of people walk in, grab their food, and leave. Not only wasgetting our food a nightmare but calling to place the order was horrible as well. The person didn?t get our order correct thefirst three times and I had to repeat the order. When we finally got our order it was wrong! I will not choose to go back tothis location and advise others not to eat here or pickup. Much better Buffalo Wild Wings at close locations. Wait staff is hit or miss here but our last visit the waitress was stellar! Food is always consistent, you know what you're... gonna get. Good wings with a variety of sauces. Always sports on the TVs. Read more
