If I wasn?t sleep deprived and desperate I would never go to this caribou. The last 2 years since they separated from Einstein... bagels has been awful service. I don?t remember when it?s take. Less than 20 minutes and I?ve actually gotten the correct order.I?m also convinced staff do not know the difference between traditional and non-dairy milk. Save yourself the trouble and driveto another Caribou or go to the Starbucks down the road! Read more
This caribou is close to my house, but I?ve stopped going here because wait times are horrendous and staff are not properly... trained. Today I tried again - dismal results. Will not be back. I feel bad for the staff being put in this position. Thefranchise owner or caribou corporate should do something to either trainer and support their people or do away with thislocation. Read more
I've had good experiences here in the past. The drinks are well made, the workers are quick, and the shop is clean. However, the... odd hours and unreliable lobby access is frustrating. For example, today: I live within a mile of this shop, and prefer to walkthere in the morning, but the lobby was closed and there was a note saying they were only serving via drive-through, despiteGoogle saying they had dine-in service. This seems to be a widespread company issue, as I've had the same problem with the lobbyrandomly closing at the Caribou a couple miles away at Duckwood Drive, when I ride my bike there. I know this is the suburbs,but do I really have to drive a car to pick up a 16 oz cup?! If there are staffing issues, I assume it's because there are wageissues, in which case, quit being stingy, corporate CEOs. Read more
