If I could give them 0 stars I would. Never order from this place unless you go in person. Ordered my food for 430pm pick up and... when I showed up the doors were locked and all the manager did was roll her eyes and laugh when we were standing outside thedoor waiting for an answer to where the food we paid for was. No answer on the phones either. At this point they need to justclose this one down since apparently they never have staffing. Will never order from this place again. Ordered online for a 3:10pm pick up. My money was taken from my account for the purchase. On arrival there were staff dinking... around inside and still cooking, yet the doors were locked. I had to pound on the door until someone finally answered sayingthey were closed. I asked why the order was accepted if they were closed. I asked the person if she understood what theft is.And her reply was ?look, we can?t reject orders from the app, so we just have to let people figure out they have to call for arefund. Our manager won?t let us put up a closed sign in the doors.? I had to chat with the remote attendant agent ?pepper? toget transferred over to someone to get my money back. Chipotle, you guys are really slipping. This location used to befantastic. My suggestion is to terminate everyone including the manager at this location as they seem to be part of the problem.I also suggest that you pay people a livable wage so you get people reliable that actually want to work for you. Chipotle is always out of ingredients. My husband walked out because they didn't have chicken. He went 2 hours before close.... They shouldn't run out of ingredients when there's 2 hours left to the day. They are also very inconsistent on whether it'sonline orders only or walked in only. We have walked away several times due to it being online orders only. This has happened atboth Town Center and Cliff Lake locations. They will lose good customers if this continues. Read more
Tried calling to find out if dining in was available - was greeted by an extremely limited computer prompt that provided zero... help. Unfortunately since they don't even answer their phone I won't be able to patronize Chipotle (again) as I am unable toacquire this extremely simple information. The computer kept asking me what she could get for me and I kept telling her a humanbeing would be great but she just wouldn't cooperate. Read more
Worst Chipotle ever. They will insist you?ve paid when you didn?t, send you home with an ENTIRE wrong order. Not even close.... Order burritos and you?ll get bowls for the whole order. Not even close to the amount paid. They run out of tomatoes, lettuce,tortillas and employees. It?s a ish show. Go elsewhere or be disappointed. Just close permanently. Read more
Avoid this place honestly. Website and online services says they close 10pm, on their door also it?s says 10pm. Ordered online... at 2pm and drove there only to find it closed. Why take orders when you?re closed? Plus they left other customer orders justrandomly outside without a care. Do better guys!!! Read more
Good food. We?ll it?s Chipotle. So good is good as expected. But service not ao sure. The app promised the food would be ready... at 6 and we were there by 6. All these people and more were waiting to get their food. Because they couldn?t handle deliveringthe food on time. If that?s the case they should have informed in through the app or something. It was 6.35 when I got my food.Having to wait that long since they couldn?t inform it before was very disappointing. Read more
Went there 5PM on a Saturday. Sign said open until 10PM. Door was locked and employees were cleaning. Knocked on the door for a... minute and the employees continued their cleaning. No notice of any kind on either door. I went to Qdoba. On my way back, theemployees are outside on their laptops. Perhaps some training, perhaps something else. Quite possibly the worst communicationand customer service of any Chipotle I've been to. I used to come here all the time and it was great. Not sure what happened. Read more
