I've never wasted time to write a bad review until now. I ordered a cake on the app for pick-up. When I arrived 1.5 hours later,... I'm told they don't have the flavor I ordered, and instead am told I can just take a different cake because "they're all thesame price" and "it's fine, the flavors are similar". Like duh, I know they're the same price but don't take someone's moneyand expect them to buy something different from what they ordered with no warning (and insisting something is fine when it'snot). Ridiculous. I understand that stock runs out, but the least they could do is notify customers when it happens. Neverreturning to this location. Good riddance. Read more
If tipping is mandatory post it. Always tipped the staff but the one day I didn?t because of bad service they started talking... and looking at me. Ordered on google and the order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Got there on time and I was told theyneeded 10 more minutes, unfortunately order was not ready even after the 10 minute time. Terrible service. The worst cold stone I have ever been too. The ice creams weren?t filled at all. I also asked for a bigger... size cup to make it easier to carry the ice cream home. The employee said ?sure. I can do that? then proceeded to not put it inthe bigger cups. Also refused to use my coupon even though it was in my cold stone inbox. Just awful Read more
Other locations gave 3 flavors for the love it size shake and this location refused and said it?s only 2, it?s my first time... coming here, I like that they have seatings outside but the customer service is trash especially from the Indian girls. Read more
Their online ordering will take your money for a cake that's not available when you arrive. I was offered a substitute, but... nothing else for my inconvenience. There was a sign on their door offering free ice cream with any cake purchase and I wasn'teven offered that. I will not return here. Read more
I don't usually write reviews, but my Cold Stone experience at this location was so awful it got me to actually come here to... write one, so that's an achievement... I came in to get the Nintendo promotional flavors and none of the employees seemed toknow what we were talking about, despite the checkout screen displaying it. When trying to explain what was in it, the staff wasvery rude. Also, they did not have the special promotional cups. Will not be coming here again. Read more
Maybe I am spoiled from other locations. But I have come here a quite a few times because it?s very close to my house. There is... one worker that literally never fills the bowl up. I don?t know how you advertise a cup of ice ream that overflows but givesomething that doesn?t even go over the top at all. The design of the lid is to accommodate the overflow of ice cream. My songot a smaller size made by another worker and we literally had the same amount of ice cream, his was $2 cheaper. I just feltlike I didn?t get my moneys worth paid $7. Will pick a different location in the future or request to have a different workermake my ice cream. Read more
