My husband and I went to the Culvers in Eagan. We ordered 2-2 scoops of hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. We were... charged $1.00 each for the extra bot fudge, which i did not mind. We waited over 30 minutes for the 2 sundaes. People whoordered food after us got served first. We watched car after car get their food and drive off. I finally asked the persondelivering food where were our sundaes. Finally they came out?.with no extra fudge, which we paid for. I was too mad at thistime to go in and complain. What a ripoff. They still can't make my burger the way I ask, seriously like 1 out of 4 orders they make it the way I said, this time it was... wrong again even though it was right on the screen, it was slow to one other drive though customer had to go in to get their's,and this one in Hastings they don't wrap your sandwich in the handy burger warp anymore, why? Food is always great, some wait times are long during a rush, theres sometimes a wait time even when there is very low traffic.... If your order is simple you'll have no problems, but order a corn dog or cold slaw on top of your order, and you'll get half theteam looking at each other like what do we do now, this wasnt covered in training.
