First time eating here, family of 5 and there wasn't anything we didn't enjoy! We were lucky to come on a kids eat free day... (Sunday) and the free ice cream dessert was an even better surprise. We like to visit this chain BBQ since great BBQ places are scarce. The food was of typical chain quality but sliced very... unevenly with large chunks and paper thin slices, no big deal though. We did ask for bowls though for our boys to get ice creamto avoid a mess, we were told a curt ?no bowls for ice cream.? I doubt we?ll come back even though we love to collect the cups. Read more
We had Dickey's catered to our office for our all-staff meetings, and people absolutely loved it! Tom was wonderful to work with... and provided excellent guidance on ordering a large quantity. We ordered the sliced brisket, chicken, potato salad, Caesarsalad, and mac & cheese. All were a hit and one of the favorite meals for the week. Read more

Why did your employees refuse to bring a curbside order out to a disabled customer? RESPONSE: I did call before 9:00 and no one... answered the phone. Also zero customers showed up after I arrived at 8:42. I was the ONLY vehicle in the parking lot, the onlycar sitting and waiting (in the handicapped spot directly in front of the doors) for 25 minutes. When I said this to theemployee at 9:10, he just shrugged and laughed. I ordered 2 items, only received one of them, and I tipped. Btw, your reply isjust as inconsiderate as your employee.
