Holiday is usually a great place to get quick food for breakfast or lunch; however, this location isn't great at keeping up with... the demanding pace of a busy area. Also they don't have sugar cookies in the bakery case, which makes no sense ???? And I agreewith a couple other reviews here, let's try and hire another couple hands here to keep up with said demand. Terrible service. My first time and will be my last time. I see why my husband said what he said in his review because there was... absolutely no customer service. The guy Brett who rung us up, wasn't friendly at all. I was there with my kids and they hadtheir own money and I was teaching them to pay for their own things and he didnt say hello, asked in a way like he was annoyedand I don't know from what. But he asked/said "idk what's going on" because my God daughter didn't have enough so her Godsister(my daughter) gave her money, we could tell he was getting impatient when it was only a second. Horrible customer service accused of handing over $1.50 when I handed $2 in coins. When I asked for it back they were unable to... do so than thought I was accusing them of stealing. I go here almost every week. Every time I pump gas I pay inside with cash. After I pump they make it very obvious that they are... watching me to see if I drive off without paying. Sometimes they'll even use binoculars. I understand why they do it, but itmakes people very uncomfortable. They have cameras everywhere I don't get why they waste their time. Read more
5 Dec 2016. 1PM. I went in and ask to get fuel on pump 25. I was told by the clerk to pump first. I said oh do I need to pay at... the pump with my card. She said no you need to pump first. I never been anywhere where they don't ask to hold a credit cardbefore you pump. So I go out to pump. I go back in and the clerk says oh we don't accept that card. So I'm asking myself whywould the clerk have me pump fuel and they don't accept my card to pay. So I ask if she could swipe the card any way and shegive me a bad attitude. Then I ask her if she accept a t check. So gave me a rude look like she had no clue. So she says no. Isaid I'll be back. And she tells me you still need to pay. She made me feel as if I was an unworthy customer as if I didn't havemoney to pay. I don't appreciate spending my money at places where the employees are rude. I was going to ask for a higher upbut I didn't want to waste any more of my time at this place. It's bad enough that felt like I wasted my money at a place withbad customer service. If only I could give the fuel back and give my business to a more welcoming place. I'm wondering if theclerk was having a bad day. Or was I the only customer targeted with rudeness. I would love it if employees with bad customerservice get proper training. Learn something to better themselves. Read more
Store says open 24hours but the store is closed at night sure you can pump gas if you use a credit or bank card but no cash at... night if the store isn't actually open Read more
