Holidays are usually a good place to stop. This store was no different. Nice clean - in and out fast. Linda was friendly fast... server and helped me Resubscribe to the sip and save club - really a good deal. $7.99 mo. Added a bag of cheese and caramel cornfor only an extra dollar. Read more
While the location and staff are terrific, and the just recently installed a new model touch less car wash, I cannot support a... buisness manager/owner who decides to over saturate a store with advertisements. Nothing is less functional than an entire wallof digital displays that not only stop showing you what's in the fridge to show a distracting ad (I'M ALREADY LOOKING AT THEFRIDGE FOR PRODUCT WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO ADVERTISE TO ME FOR PRODUCTS I'M ALREADY LOOKING AT?) but now you won't know if thereis actually any items in stock till you open the fridge. This is both massively inconvenient, but also extremely unnessesary.For thoes who are easily over stimulated these things are a nightmare, and for everyone else they provide absolutly zero benefitother than a senseless distraction. The pumps here still play ads that lag, skip, and repeat, as they have for well over a yearand a half, and now with the decision to throw even more ads into our lives that serve no practical purpose I will not be goingback to this location again if I can avoid it. Shame too because the staff were always friendly here and it's convinent to mywork commute. I know my not shopping here means very little to the bottom line, but I know I'm not the only one who activelyavoids shopping at locations with these unnessesary digital display fridges. Terrible buisness decision-making, shows adisconnect from providing quality service vs bad "extra ad placement opportunities" and may explain why this location seems tohave higher employee turnover rate. For the most part, I've had great experiences at this location. Usually the staff are friendly and the service is consistent.... Today, however, I was met with instant unnecessary backlash for somebody already bad attitude at 8:36AM. I walked up to thecounter and was asked "Be with you in a minute". Which I understand, I was prepared to wait. Then I gave her the opportunity tograb me a pack of cigarettes that she was directly under by simply asking for them. Save her a trip. She replied with "Or justbark orders at me, that's fine." After apologizing, she replied with "Its okay, I'm a mom. I'm used to it."... I understand thatpeople have bad days. But its one thing to simply admit that.. its another thing to call and adult customer, that walked up toyour active counter, and simply asked for the product, a child. Ive been going to this store for years. Ill never feelcomfortable simply asking for a product ever again. I guess I'll have to shop somewhere else. Read more
I am here at least 5 times a week afternoons and evenings. The staff are helpful. Upbeat, attentive and one is always cleaning... some area of the store unless there is a line. Food is kept rotated and fresh. The music 90% of the time makes me smile. Ivisit many Holidays and this one is by far the best in a 10 mile radius Read more
A clerical, I can only hope, error made me no longer wish to be a regular customer. Do not accuse your clients of driving off... with out paying for fuel until you have investigated fully with your own resources before filing a generic police report wherethe fault is. Someone made a mistake internally, and to make a report with law enforcement is a false report, and a waste oftime and resources... not to mention cause undue stress to a customer who really appreciated your services. Car wash doesn't rinse the passenger's side well and it doesn't rinse the driver's side and back AT ALL. I see a post from... months ago that says the same. I'll skip using this car wash and go back to the Holiday on Hiawatha & 46th. That one isperfect. Read more
The building is well taken care of and the staff are great to deal with. This one also has the full food selection - including... the pizzas - and does a good job keeping it filled. Read more
