Great communication? timing on food to table. Friendly people. Best breakfast of the decade. Pancakes, everything delicious.

Breakfast all day; Wednesday is sushi specials, bar service also available. Prompt service, good food and the price is right.

The burgers are good, not great. What really made me angry is their Sunday Special flyer on each table doesn't state it starts a... 200pm. Then when we questioned the waitress she said "oh yes that makes me mad too that HyVee has poor postings..." What?! Shecould have told us this when we ordered. This is our last visit here after each of the last three visits something has beenwrong. No waitress, slow service etc. Read more

I never expected to find a bar/restaurant inside of a hy-vee, this being my first time here I found it a nice place to stop. We... tried to sit in a booth at the bar, but we were told we needed to be seated by the hostess, so we went to ask the hostess if wecould sit in that particular booth, she then walked off a bit confused. She did not return to seat us, so we were left standingthere trying to figure out when she planned on returning to seat us. As we stood waiting, we were soon greeted by anotheremployee whom immediately seated us in the booth we asked about, she was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. Our serverimmediately assisted us with drinks and questions regarding the menu. They had a great selection of beer, I found a peanutbutter porter that I thoroughly enjoyed. We apparently missed the happy hour specials and from what I understand they have someimpressive happy hour specials. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with tater tots, I failed to ask up front, but assumed theywould be serving homemade tater tots. The burger was prepared just as I ordered, but I was disappointed to find the tater totswere basically the equivalent of what you would pick up in the frozen food section. The food was good and our server was nice but we did have other servers checking on us multiple times as well as our regular... server which was a little annoying. If we Alsohad only been checked on by our server it would have been fine but having threeadditional people check on us every 5-8 minutes...not ideal. As we were leaving we witnessed the wait staff having a disputeover sections which should probably have been discussed in a less public area. Read more

Took part in the menu special of all you can eat crab legs!! Comes with a salad, potato and a roll - (However our waitress never... brought our rolls ????????... a bit bummed over that as I know they are absolutely delicious) The salad was lacking in veggiesas mine had only a sliver of slice of one grape tomato, and 3 slices of cucumber. You can see it in the photo below. Other thanthat the crab was very nummy. We did have to continually ask for a clean shell plate, which should have been obvious to takecare of as it was over flowing with shells. We also had to ask for wet naps at the end of the meal. This also should have beenobvious as we are eatting crab with our hands. We were never asked if our drinks should be refilled, I was quite parched by thetime we finished, I did leave the restaurant thirsty. She missed the opportunity to upsell us on dessert also ..... so we boughtdessert elsewhere which is really too bad for the restaurant. I'd have to overall say the crab was good. I stopped in here for a happy hour with coworkers on 8/31/2018. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much. I was very pleasantly... surprised at how good everything was! This is easily one of the best afternoon happy hours in the area. Food was good for happyhour bar food, and the drink variety was great. I never thought I'd say this, but I will be suggesting Hy-Vee for future afterwork happy hours. Read more

Went with a friend, his wife, and his two children. Service was an absolute zero. Had to ask server more than ten times for... water for us, and a spoon to feed the baby. It took at least twenty minutes to get those after the food was delivered. Littlegirls pizza crust was raw. My order was not right. My friends order was not right, and they didn't bring everything that weordered at the same time. It took another ten minutes to bring the whole order. Did I mention that we didn't have a spoon tofeed the baby. Food would have been fine if orders weren't screwed up. Will not return, not worth the seventy dollars spent. Read more
