Don't bother. These guys are not worthy of your hard earned cash. Especially these days when times are tough. You have to give... credit where credit is due. Not these guys though. The quality of their food is sad. Not recommended for hard working people. Read more
Love those sandwiches ???? staff is friendly and helpful. Drive thru is accessible to truck with rack.
Don?t offer online ordering and store pickup only to find out the lobby is closed and you have to wait in the drive thru line... for over 20 mins. Unacceptable. Do better. Read more
Today has by far been the worst service I have had so far at this location usually the staff is friendly and helpful I ordered... lunch here curbside I click that I was here I wait I see a man come out with one person order who just pulled up I wait alittlelonger still no one so I come In and ask the guy who was making the sandwichs he act like he didn?t hear me at first then theother guy asks what I said so I repeat it that he goes we just got the ticket but the sandwich was just sitting there so I knowthat couldn?t have been true so I ask the young lady was this my sandwich in the bag she said yes and that she was sorry for thewait then the guy making sandwichs yells that wasn?t mine I bring it back he looks through it and it was mine as his hand leavethe bag the bag falls over my stuff falls out he looks and walks back over to make more food the young lady says I am so sorryand puts my stuff back in the bag honesty if I wasn?t starving I would have instantly got a refund because ppl treat there dogsbetter then the way I was treated if you don?t like your Job quit Read more
It's annoying that the dining room is not open. And even though they are under staffed, the crew is pleasant. I had an issue... recently and even though they could not find my info in the office, they still made good on their mistake. Great job guys!!!Seth was a rock star!!! Read more
I went home to have lunch with my wife. We ordered at 11:30am, the app said it was out for delivery at 12:25, I left for work... at 1:00pm and the two sandwiches still hadn't arrived. We only live 2 miles away. I called before I left for work and the guyon the phone just said "We're really busy, it's its on its way". No apology or anything. I don't blame the workers, but if itis going to take over an hour and a half, maybe have a note online about it, or stop delivery for a while. Very poor businessmodel. Read more
Tried delivery. I wanted something quick (as advertised) before I left for a trip. So, I chose this place over the others. Other... places said 30 minutes. Jimmy John?s, again, advertises quick delivery. It took them over an hour for delivery. The app is alsoincorrect. States ?out for delivery? for about 25 minutes. I live 1.5 miles (6 minutes) away. I never actually got to eat beforemy 5 hour trip. Food is reliable, but I would never order delivery again. I recommend ordering delivery from another food placethan Jimmy John?s. Read more
