My mom and I stopped in here for an ice cream. They had wonderful homemade flavors. We had one that was mamey, which is a... Caribbean fruit like papaya. It was utterly delicious, smooth and creamy. I went in hours before close and was not happy with my experience. There were about 5 other people waiting in the shop to order... while the two employees had music blasting and stood towards the kitchen door. The male finally came out and gave everyone aneye roll. He very clearly did not want to be there and was not nice when taking orders. We decided to leave and go to Sonicinstead for ice cream. No one is paying $7 for ice cream with an attitude. I have been to this location a few times and every time I come here most of the employees always have an attitude. Last time I... was here I saw a gentleman try to order ?una horchata de fresa? and the woman helping him gave him a really bad attitude andsaid ?we don?t sell that here? I believe he wanted a ?agua de fresa? he embarrassedly walked out without purchasing anything andthe woman didn?t even try to give him other options or explain that?s not the correct name for it. She was plain rude. Wealways spend at least fifty dollars every time we come. The lady that took our order today did not write it down and got itall wrong, the esquites I got today were just horrible they put so much mayonnaise it was no edible. Also, their reward systemis a scam. We never get $5 when we reach the points necessary. Read more
They were very very rude and discriminatory towards us... the sign outside said 7-8 people at one and they were only 4 people... inside when we enter. There were only two of us so that should?ve been within the limit. Yet they were dismissive and plainlyrude when we said your sign allowed 7-8 people at one time. When we walked out. the couple behind us when in no one saidanything about the limit. I believe it was a discrimination against us. I would give 0 starts if it allowed me. Read more
