Food is good. However, there is a consistent lack of customer service. Placed a curbside order yesterday. My order was ready,... according to the app. But I waited out in the car for almost 10 mins before I went inside. A woman saw me but did notacknowledge me. I had to wave down another employee because my order wasn?t at the pickup counter either. Few mins later,somebody was able to hand over the order to me and the bag was sitting next to that woman who did not acknowledge me the entiretime! What a joke! I can not recommend N&CO in this area. This was my second attempt at ordering food and I?m once again disappointed. The staffing... at this store seem to have a lack of secure management and training. Luckily most of my order was fine, but I can?t say the samefor the Mac n cheese! Customer service was good. Food came out fast. The dining area is open at 50% capacity during COVID-19 restrictions. Very clean.... We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles which were good and not spicy at all. The Rosa penne which was good. And I ordered a smallwisconsin Mac and cheese for my 2 year old. He ate nearly all of it and rather enjoyed it. I would recommend this location for afast and healthy alternative to fast food. I also appreciate the transparency on calorie count for each plate. GREAT PLACE!!! I gave this place 5* because of the GREAT customer service! From the items on the menu to the young man who took... our order to how the chef/manager handled it when we wanted more Alfredo sauce on our noodles!! The Eagan location has mybusiness and my recommendation when anyone is looking a family-friendly, date-friendly; dining area and Good Food at Great costwith 5* customer service. We had a HORRIBLE experience when we mistakenly sent our order to the Eagan restaurant in instead of the one in Stadium Village.... We called them as fast as humanly possible (1-2) minutes and they said the order had been filled and they would not cancel it. They also seem to have a problem identifying who is the store manager. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I recommend others stay awayfrom their highly questionable business practices. Read more
