3 out of 4 devices are out of order so that we have to wait for a LONG TIME to place orders on the only ONE available device... (and seems like they're not trying to fix these devices... One device was even missing when I was there last time). Otherwise wehave to order at a cachier, but this one worker lady keeps chatting with other customer(s) even tho she knows there arecustomers waiting in line. She's always like that and one day I said "excuse me", she ignored me and eventually came back to thecachier, but had such a RUDE attitude to me. Not a good customer experience at this location. UPDATE: Every time when I go tothe location and try to place orders, something irritating happens. This time I couldn't pay on a device so I had to place anorder all over again on the app. Read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich. That?s it. I?m a long haul trucker and explained how the delivery driver could find me at the... address. Our headquarters has a small lot for trucks as we are small company so it wouldn?t be that hard. ETA was 6:33 PM. Icalled 6:45 and was told the order had been picked up but that once it?s picked up they have no control or information regardingdriver?s ETA. An hour after my phone call, still no food. At that point, I know he?s not gonna show. So I called back for arefund, only no one would answer the phone. The phone rang and rang until it disconnected on its own. That happened twice. Theyfinally answered the third time after several rings. They canceled my order and I got a refund. as a trucker, I could havedisconnected from my trailer and drove my tractor to Trader Joe?s but chose instead to stay put and have food ordered. That wasa bad decision. I ended up going to bed without any dinner. Panera used to deliver their own food but now they Outsource theirdeliveries to Uber eats, DoorDash etc. I Was down with Covid for a month last January and lived on Panera food deliveries. Itwas the one thing that made me feel better. I won?t order from Panera anymore not after outsourcing their deliveries and I won?tuse DoorDash or Uber eats anymore either. The employee with whom I spoke told me that since they are no longer delivering theirown food, these are now common complaints with their deliveries. Read more

Picked up two Panera Duets with cups of soup for lunch on 11/21/22. The two half sandwiches were Napa Almond with chicken.... There was no chicken on either sandwich. I was too far away to go back, so I tried calling them multiple times over two dayswith no answer. I have always loved Panera. Won?t be going back to this location. Read more

Self-counter ordering and text-message notifications for pickup of dine-in food. Very efficient and orders are made correctly;... food tastes good. Only disadvantage is that the last 3 visits they have been out of tea (all options) and so I've had to asksomeone and then wait for a new brew, but they've been very friendly and accommodating about it! Used to be a good regular stop, but staffing has really gone downhill. Takeout order was 20+ minutes late, a car at the drive... thru window was repeatedly honking because they were being ignored. Takeout order had avocado smeared on the outside of thewrapper. (The order did not include anything with avocado.) Read more

Appreciate the drive thru at this location! Service was fast but they did forget part of my order and I had to go back:/ From my... view, the cleanliness of kitchen could be better. In my picture you can?t even see all of the food on the floor. Not a greatvisual and it is a tripping/slipping hazard for the staff. Soup was nice and French baguette was slightly over baked. Hope you're not hungry! We ordered a 4 person chicken noodle soup and man if your family is on a diet these portions are for... you! Just not budget diet, cause at 20 bucks I think I would have rather donated to the local food shelf! Pics for proof, split4 ways it fills a normal cereal bowl about 30 to 40 percent. The soup was 80 percent broth. Panera is know as not tooexpensive but more pricey then other places around here, I think I'll stick to the other places. Read more
