3 stars because I still like the pizza. Customer service has been pretty poor for a while and it's not because of the labor... issues these last couple years. No one ever shows any interest in helping customers. Also they don't make the pizza correctly.This is the only PMs I've ever been to that doesn't give the dough a stretch to reshape it before adding toppings. Usually youget a mishaped and inconsistent crust. I'm not sure what the "add tip" field is for. They don't even get your whole order readyto go when you pick it up. You have to go around the store and make sure you have everything you ordered. They don't even get tothe baseline level of service before any consideration of gratuity. Read more
I recently tried to do a walk in order at this location. It took a good 10 min just to place an order with only 2 people in... front of me. Then another 30 minutes of waiting. Over this time I watched one employee crank out pizzas in 5 minutes, whichmade me wonder why i had been waiting so long with so few orders ahead of me. Then orders from people who walked in after mewere made before mine. Then pizzas with no owners were made and left to sit on the counter unclaimed. These were not onlineorders, there was a place for this. They were simply "extra" pizzas made for no one... At this point it appeared the otheremployee was making my pizza. He got a phone call and was flustered. Then proceeded to wrap up my pizza incomplete. I askedif that was mine and he didnt respond. Then a minute later he tried to give it to me. Having ordered it many times before iknew there were at least half the toppings missing. At this point I asked for a refund as I didnt want the incorrect pizza hehad made nor did I have the patience to wait any longer. He proceeded to stare at his screen for a few minutes, clearly notknowing how to do a refund. At this point I asked him to call his manager who was clearly not there to get this resolved. Theydid get a partial answer and tried to give me cash. At this point I was happy to be done and left. When i got home i checkedand had paid 26 dollars for a pizza and soda I did not end up getting on my CC. The refund in cash he gave me was 23 dollars. So at the end of this disaster I paid your company $3 to stand and wait for an incorrect pizza, and watch high school kids whodidnt know what they were doing run a store. Where is the adult, the manager, someone who can maintain some semblance ofadequacy at this location. I am disgusted with the entire situation and your company at this point. You should be ashamed ofyourselves for allowing children to operate a store. Read more
ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered a pizza at 6:50 and were told it would be ready for... pick up by 7:25. I arrived at 7:26 and found the store had everything put away and did not make my order. They claimed theynever got an online order, despite me showing them my confirmation number and the fact that I had already paid. They thenrefused to make my order despite the store not being closed. Although I did get a refund after pressing the matter, theemployees seemed to have little interest in customer service. Very surprised this location can stay open. Will definitely betaking my business elsewhere in the future. Two thumbs down. Read more
Wish I could give ZERO stars. HORRIBLE!!!!!! We ordered through door dash, we received 2 of the 4 items we ordered. I called to... get refunded for WHAT I PAID FOR AND DIDN?T RECEIVE, doesn?t seem unreasonable?no one would answer and when they did they pickedup and hung up so they didn?t have to deal with customers?we had to drive there (removing the convenience of door dash?) andstill never got refunded for what we didn?t get!!!! I don?t often take the time to right a review for restaurants. Especially for corporate stores like Papa Murphy?s. I was just... very impressed with the service provided by the specific employee. I wish we would have caught her name but we didn?t. She wasyounger with dark long hair. We came in on Wednesday at 7pm. The attention to detail in the pizza she built for us was beyondimpressive. It was so refreshing to see a young person actually take pride in their job and our attention to detail. As simpleand trivial as that may sound. She deserves a raise, and or a promotion. Read more
Well, I order ahead at, the system gives me 30 minutes for asap pickup time, so red flags already, maybe that's a system... default, but let's be real here, I could call any of the big 3 and reasonably not be surprised with a cooked and delivered pizzain 30 minutes... (sure not every time) carry out of a cooked "big three pizza place" I'll bet its rarely longer than 20minutes. Anyways so I order, I get to the store early, nothing in the online paid and ready shelf, (my normal store has pizzaseverywhere ready to go) not ready, fine they did say half an hour... And there's one person I can see in the store. Decide Iwant to add some cheese bread no problem, but gotta wait for the Manager to get back from the restroom, no problem, they ring meup, pay no problem, and I catch a conversation they have with the one person making pizza, gathering orders basicallyeverything... ONE PERSON , as they say to the one person that they'll have to handle the front as the manager needs to doinventory and scheduling.... Sure Manager jobs, but at 5pm? The start of the evening rush? Leaving one person to do everything?They one employee doesn't complain handles it like a boss... But it leave me thinking this place is POORLY ran. My pizza andsides were very good. Read more
Take and bake pizza, made just as ordered. Our pizza had generous toppings. The pie stuck to the baking dish, but when we let it... rest five minutes, as instructed, it came off much easier. I'll be back for more. Read more
