Food is always good. Staff leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty normal to wait 15 min or so with a line less than 3. Usually don?t... leave review but had to call the store after waiting 10 min for a curbside order. Showed up 5 min late hoping to give them abuffer. Cashier communicated food was ready at 7 and had been sitting ready while I waited. Love waiting for cold food that wasready. Probably won?t be back to this location. Read more

I want to like Piada so bad!!! However, there is no consistency. Every time we order from here it is a question of what will go... wrong. Online order lost, food not correct, 40 minute wait, and hit or miss on if dressing comes with our side salads. With howmuch I love it and pay for it, I would like to not worry what will go wrong each time. Read more

Gave two stars cause the pasta and sauce itself was alright. Normally I have a good experience but employees working tonight in... the Eagan location were quite rude when speaking to me and actually ignored me a few times, I was told 30 min before closingthat adding salmon will take 8-10 min. I agreed to wait but a minute later the salmon was ?ready? the salmon tasted off when Igot home and began eating and realized the entire bottom of the salmon was burnt and they just gave me a burnt salmon that theywere most likely going to throw away. I?ll make sure to return and report the employees who were working tonight at 9:30 pm. Idkif it was discrimination but they should not be working here, they are making the restaurant look bad. Loved the basil pesto and poromodo pastas! The regular size option was a good portion size. My daughter, husband, and I got 2... pastas and shared between us, and we still had some leftover. The Poromodo was probably my favorite! Everywhere else it?s mostlyheavy cream and lots of cheese. The pasta sauce here had a such a beautiful taste of tomatoes! This place is so good. I see a few bad reviews but it must just be off days because I?ve only had good experiences here. The... employees have been pretty helpful, but mostly teenagers. It does take longer than some other similar restaurant like chipotlebut it?s understandable because they have to cook the proteins in the back to order, just don?t expect it to be as fast asMcDonald?s.
