Erik is always so energetic and polite even when he has to deal with rude customers not understanding that staff shortages are... at an all time high and himself and employees are doing their very best to get us hungry customers in and out with satisfaction!The food is always fresh and fulfilling and I'm glad that store has a manager like him to keep me coming back even from the twincities! ???????? Erik is awesome! So funny and so full of light! The team did a great job keeping cool and smiles on their face with the rude... customers! Food always taste so amazing! Hands down one of the best Taco Bell?s! I drive from Brooklyn Center to come get fromthis Taco Bell! My Taco Bell is not as great and never as fresh and not as friendly, same goes for the surrounding areas. Thisplace is very clean on the outside. I feel the team looks as if they enjoy each others company and work great together! Teamwork makes the dream work, am I right? Food is usually made correctly. But can you please start taking more than two orders in the drive through at a time. I waited in... a line of 13 cars and they would only take the first two cars and then wait till those cars were gone. There is not line at thewindow, the line is only at the speaker cause they say ?please wait? until the one or two cars who got their orders are alreadypast the window. Read more
I had ordered some food near close one night, unfortunately was made wrong and couldn't be eaten due to dietary restrictions. I... had pulled around to just let them know, knowing I couldn't fix order as they were tearing down the kitchen. Andrew handled thesituation very professionally and wrote me a coupon for a new burrito and beverage. I returned yesterday to use said coupon andthe cashier hadn't properly comped it, nevertheless Andrew helped out again. He is a wonderful manager that promotes a welcomingand fun environment from this side of the window and I very much appreciate him and the night crew for all they do for me overthe years!! Read more
The drive-thru is horrible. Every car had to wait almost a minute and a half to order their food and by the time you got to the... next window you still sat for almost another 2 minutes. There's only three cars in the Drive-Thru line. Just saying Read more
