Hidden charges! Everything was fine until the bill showed up with an extra 3.6 percent added to it because I wasn't paying with... cash. Told the supervisor, either remove the charge or the waitress doesn't get her $20+ tip. He threw her under the bus ratherthan fix the bill and remove the charge. Restaurants who have no idea of how to build the proper prices into the menu ratherthan tack on extra fees at the end do not deserve my money and the waitstaff will be the ones who suffer. *edit* interestingthat the owner can comment on some reviews but refuses to answer for this one. Last time we'll go. This was actually a 3rd time disappointment, but we really wanted to give the place a chance. Service, ... lazy and completely unprofessional. Staff was speaking Spanish and talking about VERY inappropriate topics in VERY loud voices.I am fluent. Just a bunch of friends hanging out and getting paid I guess. Food was burnt and tasted old. The mushrooms lookedlike pieces of the "steak" and the steak looked like chunks of dirt. The vegetables were actually squishy, much like mashedpotatoes. We couldn't wait to leave. Favorite go to Mexican restaurant. I love their cheese dip. I think their mole is delicious. Chipotle burrito is also a great... choice. I primarily order them for take out or delivery. The few times I have done dine in I haven't had anything negativehappen. Read more
Spacious, clean, comfortable restaurant with fast, friendly service. Great - free, of course - chips and salsa brought to the... table immediately. Very tasty street tacos; we split the dish and it was plenty of food for two. Read more
Great wait staff, definitely classic Mexican American fare, compared to an authentic street style. But still great food! Also... worth noting that they have the option to get lettuce wraps rather than tortillas for anyone doing Keto or the Paleo diet! Read more
I ordered online to have my food picked up. When online I didn't have any place to add sour cream or any side like that, just... optional notes (that don't get read). This was my first time trying their food. I am pretty disappointed. Not flavorful at all.Chips seemed over baked/fried. Not worth the $13 I paid. Read more
I did not get any flour tortillas they had forgot them so I have to eat them on chips! Just order through GrubHub and their food... is really good I ordered the Hawaiian fajitas and guacamole and CHILES TOREADOS! ???? The service was awesome I had called therestaurant after I made my order because I couldn?t find the roasted jalapeños on their website and she added it to my orderand I appreciate that, thank you guys! Teresa's is always great! The rice and beans is spot on. We enjoy the quick service with warm chips and salsa. Always a salsa... for each person. Tall beers with many on tap including Corona and Dos Equiex Lager. One of our favorite menu items are streettacos with an assortment of meats to choose from. Always super fast and friendly service.
