The kitchen is full of people laughing and screaming. I asked if someone could clean one of the booth tables and they stood and... did nothing. I asked again and a loudmouth gal came out and rudely said that there were other tables that were clean and actedinconvenienced. The salad is two thirds the size of the salads at other Wendy?s restaurants. The dining room is empty except forme and I can see why. I will never return!!!! Read more
Wendy at this location is bad. I waited more than 15minutes to get my food. My prezel burger was bad. It is like a sloppy cheap... burger. The second worse part, there are two customers, me and other. Go somewhere else! I recommended Wendy at Bloomintonlocation. Best customer services, fast and best food. Read more
I have lived in this area all of my life, and have literally never gone to this place without having my order messed up. My... husband joked that they couldn?t possibly mess up frostys. Well, he was wrong. We ordered four frostys. They only rang up 3. Sothey add one on to the order and we pay. Get down the road, and they were wrong. Went to this location today for lunch while on a bike ride. Went to the door and it was locked, a patron already inside let us... in, from what I understand they had several people call in absent so they closed inside dining. As I walked up to the counterthe young man cheerfully took our orders. Food came out quick, hot and fleshly made. As we were leaving I thanked the employeesfor being there on 4th of July. Here is a photo of my grilled chicken sandwich with no honey mustard. It?s clearly a Dave?s Single I?m so upset. The gentleman... even repeated the order back. Every time I visit this location they give me the wrong items. Last time they forgot my husbandschicken Jr and the time before that forgot our fries and drinks. I ordered two number 5?s. The young man who took my order @8:25am was very nice on the intercom. It?s not the same person who... name is on the receipt. When I got the window he was rude, when I asked his a question he would close the window, and when Iasked him for a receipt he said what!! On top of it all my sausage patty is burnt. Poor service and poor quality food I recieved and nor expected from Wendy's. It is strange how their food can vary from... different regions of the country. I placed a mobile order and selected dine-in, but obviously they don't want customer sittingdown, and poor managment could not get me a receipt when every other wendy's I have been to doing mobile order on their app, Irecieved one. Both Eagan Wendy's seem to be lacking in good managment, but the food quality was unacceptable this time. Read more
I used to love Wendy's. Don't get me wrong, the food is still good it's the prices that are horrible...I bought a value meal and... was shocked when I heard the total, it cost almost $15 for a burger, fries, and coke!!! I guess that'll be the last time I eatat Wendy's, too bad. Read more
