The lunch crew is very rude and messy. Was in the store around 2:30pm. Ordered on the mobile app. Gave me wrong items from my... order and missing items. Went in to correct the order with them, there was 0 customers in the drive through or lobby and theymade me wait 10 minutes at the counter for them to get off their phones after already going through the drive through. When Iaddress the problem they wrap it up with "oh well" and refuses to correct their mistakes because their lazy. Lobby and kitchenhad puddles of water everywhere to where it smells like mildew. They have messed up orders several times and just don't care.Why is this place even open? Management needs changed quickly. This review is coming from an experienced general manager in fastfood. Perhaps the best Taco Bell we have ever been to. Friendly staff, food fresh & hot and a hot sauce spread unlike anything we have... ever seen. Note: bring a sweater if you want to sit inside. AC on full blast. Thanks Taco Bell of Eagle, Colorado! Read more
