Outstanding Italian restaurant hidden in Vail, CO. And well worth the price with a guest list of 5.
This was suggested by the locals to eat at. Prices are on the higher side, but made fresh and very tasty. We had seafood pasta.... Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was tentative. Wish we could've gone back. The atmosphere is very nice. Read more

The food here is excellent, and service friendly and personable . This is our third time to eat here and the food has been... consistently delicious . We split our time between Dallas TX and Eagle and feel the food at Ti Amigo stacks up well against some of our favorite "nice " restaurants in "the big city " . Our guest from tonight from Dallas agreed , saying "This wasterrific. I would get it again ". I split the the pollo scarpariello with my husband and our guest had the Medagliono di.Maiale. Prices here are very reasonable for Vail Valley. Read more

We?re just finishing our dinner; ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had the salmon special over angel hair pasta. We know Scott and eat at... Tiamo in Eagle Vail often. Always fabulous! This is the closest restaurant to my home, I was so excited with their great reputation that we would have them in Eagle! Went... there for our anniversary, my wife?s dish was good, I got the lasagna special, far from impressive. Burnt bottom, burnt flavorthat carried through the dish, obviously reheated. $25 for lasagna that was a few steps down from Kirkland brand microwavelasagna. So disappointed, I don?t think I have a single poor review of another local restaurant, but this was vail prices (wellabove anywhere else in Eagle) and poor quality. I would very much have preferred this to be a positive review? right down theroad from me, I was looking forward to having a new favorite!!! Read more
A fabulous dining experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were seated at a comfortable table for 3 in this quaint... Italian restaurant. We had already ordered the Bruschetta al Pomodoro, which was excellent, when we were brought out a miniloaf of fresh warm Italian bread with oil, also delicious! The menu offered a wide variety of options for our vegetarian guest,as well as those who prefer beef, pork, seafood, chicken, or pasta. The pork loin medallions served in a creamy Dijon sauce andMessicani di Vitello were excellent, as was the Skuna Bay Salmon served with fresh vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. Thetwo small cannolis and pistachio gelato were an excellent ending to three fabulous meals. Although the average price of a mealis about $30, give or take a few dollars, you will leave feeling very satisfied. Ti Amo in Eagle is a hidden gem, and definitelya favorite for us. Read more
