I recently visited this restaurant with my daughter. We had the most wonderful experience with the Donna who took our order. I... am unable to see the menu on the wall and she took time to explain the lunch special while showing me the paper menu. We had avery pleasant experience and the food was great. I also noticed that they had great staff quickly cleaning the tables so thatthey were ready for the next customer. This was a young man, but I didn't get his name. Update: Please get new to go boxes! They are so flimsy I almost spilled my whole salad on the ground outside my work. ... Hopefully it's not a supply chain issue and just a poor purchasing decision. I got the Robie Creek Pizza the first time and it was really good so I ordered pepperoni pizza and wings last night. The... pepperoni pizza was a little on the done side and the wings tasted good but I prefer them more crispy, but those are just mypreferences. The bartender guy was awesome and the employees were nice the day I actually went there. Last night, delivery wasexceptional as the delivery driver was personable AND he brought paper plates, napkins, and plastic ware, which is very rarethese days. So yes, I would recommend Idaho Pizza Company. Just take it easy on the baking of the pepperoni pizza ????. Overallit is a great place! I would give this spot a 5-star review if it wasn't for the lady with a stick up her butt runnin' the register and for the... incorrect orders. Otherwise, the salad bar and the food were delish. We ordered the salad bar -- a good deal for $4.49 if youorder with a meal, which we did. They have a lot of exciting fixins like crunchy croutons, bacon, fresh veggies, and multipledressing options. Not to mention the potato and mac salads! Woot-woot! I wanted to go back for seconds but didn't wanna seemgreedy... The Italian + ranch dressings were bomb mixed up. The lady who took our order did not want to seem to be there and/orjust didn't like us for whatever reason. She kept giving us dirty looks and rushed the whole process. Then 2 outta the 3 pizzascame out wrong... wonder whose fault that was? My BF and I split the Dole Hawaiian which came out correctly because we had nomodifications. Our friends ordered two separate Stampede BBQ Chickens, but one of them came with bacon and the other with greenonions despite them asking for them to be left off. The guy who delivered them to our table apologized and was gracious, askingif we wanted anything else to make the experience better (like dips/dressings) and brought them out promptly. We weren't therelong, and when we were headed out, we waited for one of our friends near the front while she used the bathroom. The grumpy ladywho earlier ran the register called out rudely, "Are you needing something??!", to which we laughed and replied that we werejust waiting for our friend to get out of the bathroom. Mind you, this wasn't anywhere near closing time, and no one was at thefront. So, I really don't know what her deal was, but luckily the food was great. Fabulous pizza and nice staff. They are very popular here so sometimes you have a longer wait time for delivery but it's totally... worth it. It's a great place to eat in the restaurant with the family. Read more
