Visited the Smoky Mtn in Eagle last night. The ambiance is great in the front of the restaurant, but pretty mundane in back. ... Seats are not comfortable...very hard. Our table was wiped off but quite a bit of sticky residue remained. We had a large meatpizza and i found it to be okay, but lacking any flare or other distinguishing features. I do not recommend. Imagine sitting and waiting 40 minutes to be seated in the restaurant. A family comes in after you and is... seated before you. You finally get your seat, outside next to the family that was seated before you. Your waiting for yourserver and notice the same family that came in after you and seated before is eating their meal. You order your food and whilewaiting this same family finishes their meal and is paying their check and you are still waiting for your food. My only regret,I should have left way earlier. I did complain to manager and then my food came. I gave 2 stars because the food was okay. Read more

Wow this place is great! Stopped by for the first time...we had a French, dip a cheeseburger and a Philly cheese steak sandwich.... All perfect! Waitress was attentive and food was served very hot. We will definitely be back UPDATE: We?ll we?ve been back afew more times and still enjoy this place?until yesterday. Took a friend here who had never been. Service was extremely slow ona Wednesday afternoon. Burger served was way over cooked. I was hungry so I ate it. No big deal. Waitress asked how the foodwas. I told her then got a lecture from the manager that my food was fine?they are required to cook the beef so it is not rareat all. On the left, hubby ordered Baked Sonoma Chicken Pasta. On the right, I ordered Shrimp Scampi Linguine. Both came with garlic... bread. The servings were big enough for two dinners, so we each split ours and took home some. The service and food wereexcellent. We will come back again and again to one of our favorite Eagle eateries. One of my favorite pizza restaurants in the city. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Our waiter was extremely kind, she gave... my daughter a free dessert on the house and was on fire with her service. Refilled my drinks before I finished haha. The shrimp and penne was delicious and it came out with a great portion of pasta. The only issue was how long the food took to... come out. Almost 45 minutes of waiting, the food industry is a whole new type of patience. Also, they were out of the pie inthe sky ice cream...just overall not a good time of day to go into Smokey Mountain Pizza. Read more

We were so excited to try this place since we had never been and heard it was really good. It is good if you like burnt cheese... We had only ate maybe 3 slices and never got asked if we needed anything OR if the food was OK. I even looked for someone tospeak with there was nobody around After 10mins we left. We always love coming here! The service is super friendly and they take great care of us. The food is really good and the... flavors are truly delicious. We really like the variety of menu items and how there is something for anyone. The salmon is oneof our go-to dishes and never disappoints.
