Good pizza for the price. Don't care for the call center ordering system. Could not understand the rep I was talking to.
There was a little mishap with my order. But after talking with the manager I felt very reassured on account of her... professionalism. All issues were resolved, as a new delivery was sent out. Absolute trash pizza. Used to love it for a quick pizza. Last two times it has been terrible. Last time they forgot an entire... topping to my specialty pizza. The main reason I order that pizza. This time they hardly cooked the pizza. It's soggy and gross.A gross amount of cheese on top to hide the fact they are putting way less toppings on their pizza. Not gonna pay for you to notmake a proper pizza. Two strikes you're out. We won't be ordering again. What a disappointment. Read more
Very unhappy with this location in particular. An hour after my order was placed, they called to tell me they had no drivers... and asked me to come pick it up myself... The entire reason I order pizza is for the delivery! I wish I could say this was anisolated incident, but this is the 3rd time this has happened when ordering from the Papa Johns in Eagle. I understand beingunderstaffed, but having the customer wait for the full duration of the ETA and then not providing the product is inexcusable. Read more

Great customer service from Jewel! I received our pizza and it had no pepperoni on it. I called, slightly irritated, just to... find out that I ordered it incorrectly. My boy was really bummed that it had no pepperoni and Jewel saved the day by sending outanother one. We will absolutely be ordering from here every time, goodbye Dominos! Read more
