Went here while visiting a friend in Eagle for the weekend. What a wonderful little spot! Used to be an old church and it is... absolutely beautiful inside! The service was impeccable and the food delicious! I had the breakfast quesadilla with pork, ohgoodness, just decadent! The peach mimosa was perfect and not too sweet. Highly recommend! Read more

Great atmosphere and wonderful food. Service was a bit slow but the ambience made up for it. Besides, help is so hard to find.... At least we had a nice atmosphere while we waited. Read more

First off, Gracen might be the best server we have had. We had a toddler with us and naturally demanded more attention. ... Although she was quite busy, serving the entire patio, she was responsive and quick to attend. We ordered pick two Benedict (Salmon and avacado Benedict), avocado toast, croissant, half sweet mocha and latte. Good quality food, quickly was ready. Theycould use more spices and the half sweet mocha was still very much sweet. I would definitely go back for more Benedict. Read more

This is such a unique place! It looks like a church but definitely doesn?t feel like one! :) They have some really good food and... the staff are super kind and provide excellent service! Parking lot is gravel and dirt so it does get muddy and icy in thewinter at times. Read more

I have reviewed Rembrandts a few times, I believe in the old saying ?, if it ain?t broke why fix it?. This place is one of mine... and my friends & family favorites. There is something on the menu for vegetarians , meat lovers too kids. 80% of the time Ichoose breakfast and I haven?t been disappointed with the food or service. Our waiter was very accommodating with my order hehad no problem changing sauces on my Benedict for me. I can?t wait for the weather to warm up so my dog can go back to eatingwith me again on the patio. Read more

We had multiple recommendations to this place and finally made it. What an outstanding remodel of this old church. Now let?s get... down to the details! I had the chorizo ?benie? and my wife had the crisp brussel sprout hash & eggs. Both were outstanding butthe ?benie? was a slight winner. The sauce was spicy and very tasty and the chorizo excellent. The coffee was very good andservice friendly and efficient. The overall menu, both breakfast and lunch is very creative - can?t wait to go back and havesome of their other dishes. Read more

Ambiance: A. What a cute building! Gorgeously decorated, could use some high dusting. I was surprised that as busy as they were,... we were sat right away. Staff was friendly, and the food was quicker than I thought for a busy Saturday morning. The fire andwater feature outside is exciting and soothing at the same time. I imagine the patio is cuter when everything is in bloom, butthe fact that they had heaters and their umbrellas looked new and easily moved shows their attention to detail for customerexperience Food: B+ *Salmon Benny: The fingerling potatoes are really just sliced and deep fried potatoes with no seasoning, they could really benefit from being tossed in spices or like a gremolata after cooking. Hollandaise sauce was lukewarm. Thepoached eggs and salmon were cooked PERFECTLY, and I love that it's actual pieces of salmon fillet and not flat smokedsalmon/lox. The bread underneath is fantastic, although they plated on the not-toasted side so it became hard to cutthrough. *Avocado toast: is a great deal for the price and delicious! Lots of fresh arugula tossed in vinaigrette on top, andthe pickled red onions are a nice touch. But they plated it on such a small plate it was hard to cut without everythingoverflowing off the plate. *Drinks: The mimosa is small, but then again it's only $6 so I guess that's fair. The craft cocktailslook delicious and I appreciate that they are art-themed. I will definitely be back to try one, also will be back to try lunchand dinner. Read more
