I dont need my server roasting me for my decisions of what I want on the sandwich AND ignore my requests (he toasted my sandwich... after i said no). If only i knew his name but they take off they're name tags to save face. Read more

They were out of almost everything, they had flies flying around and on what was available. Restaurant was dirty and left with... sodas that were carbonation only. Read more

Prices up quite a bit and not nearly the "fixins" Subway used to have to personalize your sandwich, but it was okay. It was... really busy midweek at Noon (all seats occupied and 4 more sets of people in line behind me), so you may want to considertiming. All in all and okay place Read more

I placed and PAID for an online order 02/12/22. When I got to the restaurant the doors were locked (11:45am) and the employee... said that they will NOT open the doors for me OR make my order because they were busy with a larger online order. I asked for mymoney back and they refused. I had to GO BACK that day at 4pm (when the doors were unlocked) and ask for my money back. Someonenamed CODY is the owner/manager and if he is reading this, you and I need to talk. Please reply to this review with times whenyou will be at the store. Read more

Last three times I have visited this store it has fallen under expectations. They are constantly out of products for your... sandwiches and never have any cookies available. Today I went in and got 2 sandwiches, cost was around $16.00. Got home andboth the sandwiches were made on hard stale bread. The ends were rock hard and the whole sandwich crunched when squeezedtogether. Neither of these sandwiches got toasted. I called the store to inform them of the stale bread and the man said I couldcome back and theybwould remake them. I asked if tha meant my sandwiches wouldnt have stale bread and he paused and said "well..umm.. we will do our best to accommodate you." I hung up. Cant even guarente a remake would be on fresh bread. Subway eatfresh? Yeah not at this location. I dont know if they are understaffed or what but food quality should be top priority for afood place. If i can tell the bread is stale before i unwrap the sandwich then why can't the employee tell the bread is stalewhen they grab it off the shelf? You sell sandwiches which means if you grab a stale loaf off the shelf, you throw it away andfind a fresh one, am i wrong? Why is giving your customers food that is no longer good a thing at this location? You shouldwant your customers to have a good experience and to come back time and time again. Instead you push out trash for food andanyone who asks will be told to stay clear of this location. You need to get your act together. It almost seems like you needcorporate up in your store to get you back on track, but what do I know right? Read more

They were very busy today. Really felt rushed while ordering our food. Iced tea was not made but we had already ordered the... drinks. With all the people in line it didn't make sense to try to get a refund. We don't drink soda or diet drinks. We come toSubway for their unsweet iced tea. The tea was not made and when the fellow made it he didn't put the bag in right and it cameout looking like weak lemonade. However, on a positive side my order was correct and the food was good.
