This place is incredibly delicious! From the flame bread with brats, schnitzel, to the imported German beer! Everything is so... good! The staff was also amazing! I highly recommend this place! Read more

Our first time here. We've been wanting to experience "real" German food ever since our trip to Leavenworth. We'd say the food... was pretty tasty. We loved the sauce sampler for our chicken schnitzel & the bacon cheese dip and pretzel was super delish. I'dsay it might be a little overpriced for the picnic table seating and overall atmosphere. The service was good and we lookforward to going again sometime. Read more

First time here, but definitely not our last! We ordered the Bayerische Schlachplatte / Bavarian Meat Sampler and we were not... disappointed! This wonderful dish is served with a pork shank and four mixed sausages, served over the top of red cabbage (rotkohl), sauerkraut, and, in our case spetzle. We also enjoyed the Apple Strudel (Apfelstrudle) for dessert. Of course, we washedit all down with a couple of liters of Spaten. Service was also excellent. Looking forward to our return soon! Really good Zigeuner/gypsy style Schnitzel. The mashed potatoes I ordered with my meal are probably the best I've had at a... restaurant. The Apple Strudel is excellent. Definitely will eat there again. Read more

Very good German dishes. I lived in Germany for 3 years and I feel this restaurant does a good job of serving authentic style... fare. The beers are excellent. The prices are on the high side and you have to wait a little longer for your food, but the foodand size of the portions is worth it. You must make reservations or you may not get a table. Read more

Fantastic food, fantastic service, very good experience. I had the Jager schnitzel with spaetzle, both were top notch and solid... portions. We also ordered one of the pretzels, which was very much not your grocery store pretzel, crispy outside and softinside with a surprisingly excellent sweet mustard (my friend usually dislikes those types of mustards and was highlyimpressed). Not the cheapest place to eat German I have been to but the quality makes it worth it. Read more

The staff were friendly. The server said she didn?t know much about gluten-free. She did tell me some items I could have that... were gluten free friendly. They have gluten free schnitzel, sausages and sides. They have a variety of drinks many are glutenfree. The place was slow when we went due to us choosing mid week visit. They have live music on Friday and Saturday?s there. The patio is nice and is heated. It?s not a covered patio, so lots of fresh air. Note don?t go for patio seating when it?ssprinkling, it?s closed when wet. They have indoor dining as well. They have music mix of traditional German music and pop hitsfrom German bands on in the background inside. I got Gluten Free Schnitzel with the pepper and onion sauce. Side I chose wasgluten free warm German potato salad. My husband chose the fest Schnitzel with brown gravy and mashed potatoes. He had a alcoholfree German bier. I had sprite. They also bring water to the table. We both had dessert. I had German cheesecake, my husband hadtraditional Apple strudel. The positive: I saw them sanitize the tables after guests left and they place silverware with napkinsin a basket for you. The negative: They don?t wear face masks (not one employee had one on!! Not one diner besides us had onewhen came in or left!!) and they do not offer seating with 6? of space between diners, for inside dining or patio. That?s justfor those wondering about pandemic precautions it says ?masks required? currently in their web site. Overall, food was good, choices or selection for menu nice. Now, for those that want details of pricing: the bill for two people eating dinner anddessert was over $100. We also added a $20 tip for the server being very nice, the food came out fast. Thats a bill withouthaving any of their specialty drinks/alcohol on the bill, as we weren?t having any. Read more
