I emailed Monday about a catered employee lunch for today (Thursday), and Chef Liz promptly replied and answered all of my... questions. We decided to go ahead with The Stuffed Olive, and everything about the experience was awesome. I arrived to pickup the food at 11:30 and it was hot and ready to go. The employees were ultra helpful and polite. The food was a hit at ourlunch meeting...everything was delicious, no one went away hungry, and I had several employees thank me for choosing The StuffedOlive. Had lunch today with a friend to try it out. Ordered the hummus plate to share the bell pepper was sweet and fresh, the hummus... fresh and strong with the brine of the olives. Only complaint chips were a bit salty but otherwise a good start. I got the angrysauce pasta Hot, very nice, nice kick to it. Wish it came with shrimp, shrimp Diablo is my weakness. But otherwise good flavorgood portion. My friend ordered the special of the eggplant Parmesan sandwich and Parmesan garlic fries. She said it wasdelicious portion was huge took most of it home. Really good and quality food. They do have indoor and outdoor seating such an amazing place it?s very calm. The food has quality... and fresh ingredients it?s not the typical heavy cheesy Italian food it?s light you feel the quality and freshness. Such anamazing place in Eagle. Read more
The food was good. The prices were good. But it had the feel of a deli and not an Italian restaurant.
This place was very good and I loved the outdoor seating on a nice day. I looked around at the other tables and it appeared... everyone else was also enjoying their experience. The pasta here was great. We ordered shrimp scampi, Cesar salad, portobelloMarciano pasta, and it also came with bread/sauce. I'm not sure what the sauce was that came with it but I enjoyed it! Enjoyed lunch here with a friend and my daughter. Our waiter was great and even chatted with my two year old. The pasta was... creamy and delicious, the salad was superb! I?ll definitely be visiting again! Read more
Our first time here and it was so yummy. We have been so disappointed in restaurants lately but we wanted something new and so... we gave here a try and oh man are we leaving FULL and HAPPY! Our server Jaden was very nice and welcoming. We sat outside but atquick glance inside the place looked clean and comfortable. Husband and I shared the Portobello Formaggio appetizer and it wassuper yummy, the portobello caps were thick and hearty. For entrees we got the shrimp scampi and the cheese chicken prosciuttosandwich and they were both full of flavor and so good. I would get either one again. The scampi had 6 large shrimp and wasn?ttoo greasy. The sandwich was perfect. And you could actually taste the prosciutto. We will be back and we will bring familyand friends here for sure. Read more
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The Stuffed Olive is one of the best restaurants I have tried. I had the Baked Tuscan... Penne... I do not exaggerate when I say it is the best pasta dish I have ever eaten. Our server was Lexi. She was sofriendly. Ask for her. Go to The Stuffed Olive. You will not be disappointed. Read more
