Third time being there all 3 times never received a napkin. I can't figure out why they don't have napkins. I asked for pepper... jack cheese and got parmesan. My sandwich was cold and soggy. I ended up taking it anyway because one of their employees wascoughing uncontrollably and wasn't wearing a mask if, never washed her hands. I wouldn't give this place one star. Maybe a halfof one. I hadn't visited a Subway in months due to Covid19. I was dissapointed to see that nobody, including staff, was wearing a mask... to protect those around them. At least the customers were following the 6' social distancing for the most part. I also see thatI just received an email telling me that tokens from my Subway Rewards are expiring. Thanks Subway for making it difficultenough to even earn rewards (unless you eat there multiple times a week), but now those paid for tokens expire before a rewardcan be earned. It costs too much to earn enough tokens to win a $2 reward let alone enough to get a free sub. Think I'm donewith their rewards program. Caseys makes a great sub and their points don't expire.
