Got a cheeseburger last night for my dog who?s been extremely sick so we were trying to get him to eat with his favorite food.... I?m glad I opened it up before giving it to him because it was just COVERED in TONS of salt, pepper, and whatever otherseasonings they use. This could have made my dog 10x more sick. Now I know it sounds crazy to complain about a restaurant?s foodnot being acceptable for my dog but I don?t think anyone would be happy with this burger ???? Also took a bite out of it and candefinitely attest to that ???? Poor workers seem overworked and overwhelmed for the amount of business. No wonder why so manymistakes are happening. Read more

2 bathrooms that hold 2 people each. You have to ask an employee to press a button to open the door for you. No codes or keys.... That's only a problem because there isn't always an employee up front due to the focus on touch screen ordering. Toilets areauto flush. Sink and soap are auto sensor as well. They have a nice Dyson blade to dry your hands. No paper towels. No changingtable on the men's side. They did have toilet seat covers. Read more

Went inside this McDonald's for the first time today... It opened during COVID and so just recently they finally opened their... lobby. The first thing that's different is that they only had kiosks to order at. That's fine, and if you've been to aMcDonald's in the last 8 years you probably already know how to use them. Next thing I noticed is that they don't have a drinkfountain for customers to use. While I felt like this was taking a step backwards, I actually didn't mind going to the counterand getting a refill. It felt more service-oriented, like Chick-fil-A. They also have these numbers that you put on your tablethat tell the employees where you are sitting, so they bring your food out to you, which was nice. Once again, upping theservice side of things. While we were there, an employee came out and talked to us and asked if we needed anything, and all ofthe employees we interacted with were kind and happy... Another change from my typical McDonald's experience. So, overall, wehad a good visit to this location... If I have to eat McDonald's (no offense... but I'm here for my kids), I'm happy that mylocal restaurant is a pleasant place to be. Read more

Terrible, pretty much every time I've been there. I've never been to such an inconsistent McDonalds in my life. These guys... constantly screw up on orders, have very long wait times, and don't even know how to build a big Mac. Read more

It?s McDonald?s so I don?t usually have high expectations. But this is plain sad! First before I left I noticed that both my... kids meals didn?t have fries. I was able to grab those but seriously!! I ALWAYS get a bacon quarter pounder on lettuce. Wellthere?s no lettuce and no bacon? least I got fries and a Diet Coke to eat with it. Read more

Edit 11/16/21: Went back to this McDonald?s again and there was hardly a line in the drive thru. This time our fries were filled... to the top! No complaints about anything, it was a much better experience. Original review: First time going to thisMcDonald?s, I did some ?research? beforehand by reading reviews to decide whether to wait in the drive thru or order online. Somany reviews stated the drive thru took forever, sometimes an entire hour, and we were going at 6:30pm on a weeknight so I optedfor ordering online. The drive thru line didn?t look too bad, but I had already ordered so we waited in a pickup spot. Two morecars showed up after us for online orders. I set a timer on my phone to see how long it would take. I watched the drive thru andfigured that would have been faster. After about 16 minutes, an employee brought food out to the two cars that had shown upafter us. Two more minutes and our food came out. My 10 year old yelled in outrage that we?d already been waiting longer. ????So 18 minutes total parked waiting for our online order after arriving. They got our order correct, but the large fries werebarely half full, and most of the food was pretty cold. Not a great experience, but not the worst. Because it?s so close towhere we live, I?m sure we?ll be back. Hopefully they continue to refine their food and service. Read more

Ignore the haters!!! This McDonald's is the best! We ordered at 5:30 on a Saturday using the mobile app. We parked and got... our food in 5 minutes. They got our order perfectly right and gave us extra napkins and ketchup (many other locations haveforgotten to give us ketchup). The nuggets and fries were crispy and delicious. I was even blessed with an extra nugget in my10 pack. They packed the large fries to the top as well. 10/10 would eat again. :) Read more
