Everytime I come into this subway the customer service is awful, they?re not polite and they mess around and the girl who helped... me her name was serenity and she had such attitude with me when I was trying to order 2 sandwiches she wasn?t sure was a subwaymelt is so she went to go ask one of her co workers and he came over to help and she snapped at him and told him to go awaywhich I thought was so unprofessional and rude when someone?s trying to help you after you asked for help. And this isn?t thefirst time I?ve come into this subway and have been treated like this. I hate to say this but this location needs a lot of training. I made an order online and when I went pick it up they had it... ready on time which is was a plus as soon as I open it , definitely wasn?t what I order. I went back and told both male kids andthey looked at me like if I was crazy then they said something to each other made me a sandwich and not apologize or saidanything to me. One worker made fun of me and my sisters sandwiches on multiple occasions. It was straight up rude. Not only that, its beyond... filthy every time I go. They drop the dirty knives on the floor after they use them. I don't recommend going to this location. Read more
Absolutely abysmal service. Throwing food around and being a general nuisance. Ordered a meatball marinara with two meatballs... and drowned bread in sauce. This place needs either new staff or to be shut down. Read more
Lady helping us today was awesome. Very attentive to the amount of customers in the store. Very helpful with sandwich... selections. Knows the menu great. She was very friendly and very great at multitasking! We were in and out very fast and eventhough they were busy she was in a good mood and didn't take any frustration out on us or any other customers. Every customerservice establishment would be lucky to have an employee like her. Keep it up subway! We will be back. Also shout out to thegirl training the new kid. ???? Read more

New Ingredients & Menu Items ... Same ole' Meh. I figured if I went today, since it was the first day of the new menu, the... veggies and everything would be super fresh. It was nothing special. I got the FootLong Pro (double meat) spicy Italian for$9.69. It was average tasting and the veggies were put on sparingly. The buckets were about empty and instead of getting newingredients from the back, I got the bottom left overs. Overall the new menu and ingredients haven't changed anything.....
