Our third year at Golden Eagle. Our stay is perfect. Mountain View?s, friendly staff, they answer their phones or return... promptly any message. They have someone staffed at all times in the store/office. Propane on site, live music on Friday andSaturday nights with food served. The longer you stay it becomes like family. The grill is great. I think last night I had oneof the best burgers I have ever had. Very dog friendly but could use a dog run somewhere. Plenty of places to walk your dog offsite. Read more

Maddie is so friendly, and the food is always great. Everything we have had has been consistently good, but one of us always... gets a burger and onion petals because yum! Be sure to bring tip money in cash, because they take credit cards for food, but notfor tips. Read more

They're very friendly and offer a warm and inviting place. However I think the menu needs tweaking. Hamburgers, fries and pizzas... are good and pretty well priced for this area, however other items seem overpriced and small portioned.. I ordered a gardensalad as a side and it was very good but very small for $6.95. I also got the BLT which was delicious but it was grilled likeyou would a grilled cheese sandwich and a little bit greasy. It was supposed to come with a pickle but I didn't get one andforgot to ask . I had the burrito bowl previously and it was good but very small. More like a lunch sized portion rather thandinner. Chips and salsa are not offered. Fries and onion rings are ordered separately, not part of the sandwich order.. Thisplace has great potential just needs to be tweaked a little bit in my opinion.
