Kept having to ask for a refill, took forever to get our food and when we did the fries were not that hot. The chips had grease... just sitting on top like they hadn't been drained. Was really disappointed ???? Read more
Worst service ever. Waitress was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. No refills since we sat down. And we had to tell... her what we all asked for drinks. She absolutely made this a very bad dining experience. Manager was very understanding. Read more

I really like my community and enjoy dinning out with my family. My last trip to Chili's. Took 55 min to get seated when there... were many open tables but greeter was with an attitude and taking his time. Once finally seated, our food ordered came wrong.Had to reorder again. To get a second drink, it took about 35 min. Bye bye Chili's Eagle Pass. Definitely new management isneeded. Read more
Like the place, the food is good, service is good. They have an ipad so u can play with your friends making quiz, so its fun..... i dont like the lemonade bcs its not like a natural lemonade, besides that everything its quite good. Not too crowded. Read more
We get Chili's maybe once a year and for our anniversary this year we opted for take out from Chili's since whenever we have... gone, the wait time for someone coming up to our table is 20min. Very disappointed! The fajita trio plate was ok, the brisketquesadillas were mediocre and the half size Texas fries were terrible. If you can see the texture in the picture it looks likethey say it there for hours. We were there on time to pick up our order, so I know that wasn't the problem. These fries barelyhad anything of what it mentions on the menu I was pretty much left with a mound of stale and cold fries. There shouldn't be alack of quality in the food just because it's take out.
