To many workers and pay no attention ???? But they gave us back what they charged us extra
I ordered an iced mocha and a mocha frappe. Neither of the 2 had any micha drizzle, the iced mocha was sour, no mocha flavor... whatsoever. So bitter. Drive thru cashier spoke no english, had to go inside to order to speak to someone, to be able toorder. Inside, line was out the door, and wait time was super long for our food. Staff was friendly. The lines were super long but they got everyone in and out very quickly and the food was fresh!

This is by far one of the worst Mc Donalds I have ever gone to!! First of all, let me point out...if someone begins to take my... order in English and I'm responding in English, why do your employees then take it upon themselves to switch up to speaking inSpanish where I can not understand whats being said. She tated of by not paying attention to my orders. I had 5 orders and Iwanted to pay for all of them separately using my credit card. Somehow after repeating it to her several times she still didntdo it and rung them all up as one order and ended up forgetting some of my items. Again she spoke to me inSpanish?????????????????????. I finally snapped. As annoyed as I was ,because mind you I was on a time frame, I corrected andreminded that person for the third and final time that I did not speak spanish. (BTW im blonde with blue eyes so she can't say Ilook like I spoke spanish and just because we are close to the border doesn't mean we are in Mexico. Everyone still uses Englishas their first language here.Then they had me waiting for my order which took as long as 10 minutes only to be missing a drinkand then I had to argue with that person who again spoke to me in Spanish as if she thought i learned Spanish in 10 minutes thatI was waiting for her to bring me my drink.?????????????????????and still she argued I was incorrect when I had a receipt andthe items were in front of her so I had to go inside and repurchase a second drink making me late to take back lunch to aconstruction crew making them miss their lunch.
