I really don't like saying anything bad about things but when it's bad it's bad and you have to call it like it is. So let me... start off saying the food is good but the experience to get your food was more than frustrating. The staff although friendly donot know the menu. I ordered a hamburger number 2 from the menu which says it comes with mustard which I even said mustard. Iget my order and it has mayonnaise. I send the meal back and it comes right back again with mayonnaise. So I go to hop area andspeak with a staff member and explain what I wanted. They apologized and said they will bring it out to me. I get my meal andfinally the hamburger was correct but now my tater tots were not in the bag so I had too wait even longer for them to be broughtout to me. I seriously thought I was being filmed for that show Punked. The experience was beyond belief. I refuse to go tothat Sonic since that experience. Probably the worst sonic I?ve ever been to. They messed up both meals in every way possible. Plus the drinks were mostly just... carbonated water. Totally not worth coming here again Read more
5 different parking stall and none of the screens work, they?re not even labeled or marked indicating they?re out of... functioning. The waiting time for one single simple and stupid item was 35 tucking minutes 35 MINUTES!!! Read more
For the first time Sonic had bad service, I ordered 3 shakes and ordered was completely wrong. The guy went back supposedly... corrected it but came back wrong again. I let it go but was not too happy. I guess they were too stress with the many people, Iwill still go back and give them another shot. Read more
This was the 2nd time I have visited this location and I must say I really like the atmosphere! They have a volleyball court... and it's nice to see family getting out and having fun. As for the menu they were out of practically everything I wanted toorder. The guy taking the order made other suggestions. I absolutely loved the service from the girl who brought out our food!She was very professional and had great customer service! Definitely will continue to visit when we pass through. ???? Read more

Worst service ever! They took over 30 minutes for an order that I placed online and didn't even apologize. Since it was an order... through the app, it couldn't be canceled to get me a refund so I could leave and get food elsewhere. Never again! Read more
