This is by far my preferred coffee joint. The coffee is good, the staff are personable and remember you, and best of all they... never mess up my drink order. I have been a big fan of black rock for a long time now. Don?t go anywhere else but now that will be changing. I know there is a... lot of new staff but they don?t seemed to be trained very well. Or they just don?t care. I order and never get what I wanted. Imiss the girls who worked fast and got my order right. I can?t believe how long it took to get a coffee this morning. And it wasgross. The Black Rock Coffee shop located out here in Eagle Point, is a good place to get some coffee, tea, or other beverages. They... have a wide selection, and the staff there are friendly, and seem to know what they're doing very well. The place seems clean,and pretty new.
