bland, but for an American style Asian eatery it is on par with most. wasn't exceptional and wasn't the worst. I would recommend... if you liked this style of American Asian food, but if you're looking for spice filled authentic type food. This isn't it. Read more
The wait to get our food was rather long wish I would've timed it. Then we asked the waitress to sub lo mean in place of the... chow mein. We made sure to verify that we were getting lo mein which is the soft noodles and when we got our food we still gotthe chow mein. They never once came back to check on us after getting us our food. Between the silent environment in there andlack of quality food, I recommend going somewhere else unless chinese food is a must for you. Read more

The thing I love about this place is it's very consistent with quality. Some of the best fried rice I have had that's not too... oily. Best when fresh. Good menu and friendly people. Rooted in the community. The family who runs it are very nice. Fast takeout which is great. The only thing I can say that could some improvement is the place is a bit outdated. Needs a facelift and tobe updated. A little remodel would spark some life on the indoor dining. Read more
We have been to this Chinese restaurant here in Eagle Point a few times. The food is mediocre, but decent. The service is kind... of on the slower side. But as we usually eat there with friends and family, the wait is not so bad. If you're hungry for Chinesefood in the Eagle Point area, stop by, because Chan's is basically the only one in town! Meh... it's the only Chinese place in my immediate area, so it gets 3 stars. The food is ok, we haven't had anything bad, but... it's pretty bland. I've been there 3 times since July, personally thinking it's a little pricey for the quality. We have foundGREAT Chinese in Medford and Central Point. I think we're done with this place. Read more
