So the last 2 visits I've gotten sick and this time I ordered online due to have to work late and not being able to stay to make... sure they make NY sandwich right but I paid $12 for a Spicy Italian and got no extras just a pure basic meat and white bread. Its located next a very busy intersection, and our only Walmart. Went thru drive thru odering only 1 sandwich a meatball. Thats... it nothing special nothing more. He had us repeat our order 3 times. He told us he was having trouble because of traffic. At thewindow him standing only 6ft away at most he had us repeet the order 2 more times. Subway is a franchise so each owner isresponsable for thier own store. They need to spend the money on better headsets. I will not ever go back at least to the drivethru. The drive thru was pleasant this time around. The last couple of times, not so much. It was redeemed this time around. They... finally had some who understood, " no lettuce or spinach, but everything else please" was. Without having to recite the entiremenu. New review. They are back to there old ways. Ordered curbside. Pulled up, no customers inside, no one at the drive through. 0 customers. I made eye contact with the 2 people... working. I?m in the car described in the curbside order. That didn?t clue them in that their curbside order was here, so Icalled. 8 times before anyone picked up. One employee bought something from the other employee during this time. They both wentinto the back for a bit. Then one of them came back out, looked at me again, turned around and took out the trash. On the ninthcall, I got an answer. They were ?so busy and short staffed.? ?You know, there is a button to press so we know you?re here.?(There is no button. I have no clue what she was talking about. Apparently my headlights shining through the wall of windowsilluminating the store was not an indication I was there. After 25 minutes I received my food. I would have been absolutely okwith the wait time if it was busy and they were short staffed but it was a blatant lie. They forgot 2 of the 4 items in myorder. Bye money! My toasted food was rock hard, and both people who ate there have been sick all night. I don?t know why Ithought, I dunno, safe food free from bacteria and who knows what could come from Subway. The subway at this location in Eagle Point is okay. We have eaten there several times, and the sandwiches are decent.. I... wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to eat at this particular Subway. But if I was in the area, and super hungry, they'rebetter than some other places. It is nice that they have a drive-thru available, especially as parking is a little tight in thiscorner of the strip mall. Anyways, next time you visit, you know what you'll get, a sandwich! i am very understanding with wait times, especially right now seeing as so many businesses are understaffed but this subway is... something else. the wait time in the drive thru was super long, per usual, but we assumed the staff must have been busy insideso, you can imagine our surprise when we drove by the front windows and there were no customers in. the food is still fine butthe service at this location is subpar at best. also our sandwich wasn?t cut all the way. It's subway... I didn't feel like it was AMAZING or any better than any other subway store, but the food is good, and always... fresh. Kinda sucks that food keeps getting smaller and prices keep going up, but that's progress for you. Either way, thissubway is a good spot to eat, and they have a drive thru! Read more
