In terms of fast food, Arby's seems to be one of the only functional places in Eagle River right now. With the exception of... Panda Express, everyone else always, without fail, takes 30 mins or more to make one simple meal. At that point you might aswell eat at a real restaurant. Arby's usually has my food ready in 5 minutes. That alone gets a high review. Staff is prettyfine. Lobby is consistently open, which is a major plus. Only real complaint I have is that the tables are always really dirtyin the lobby. Other then that, this place is pretty excellent. Read more
Food was OK but the staff was rude. The kid with the submarine window glasses rapidly asked me "do you want any condiments?",... which I initially did not understand so I kindly asked him to repeat the question, which he replied back in a very firm andfrustrated tone. I asked for tartar sauce and the geeky troon working the window got snarky and said "tartar sauce is defaulthoney". So he proceeds to tell me two stories in which customers had asked "stupid questions". Overall rude staff. Read more
Placed an order for a single roast beef sandwich. Waited thirty minutes without any sandwich. My message to the GM: if that?s... the best you can do just close the facility. That?s absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Not only will they mess up an order they won't even try to make it correct. Best 20 minute wait ever for food I did not order.
My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru on our lunch break at 1:00pm only having less than 20 minutes to eat. First they... weren't even listening to us ordering, then when we got our food we parked in the parking lot to eat it and they never gave usdressing like we asked, my boyfriend never got his aju sauce with his French dip I didn't even get what I ordered, they gave usmozzarella sticks when we never order those. Had to go back through to get the chicken nuggets and fries that I ordered and paidfor and literally only had 10 minutes to eat. What I would really like to know is how do you get an entire order wrong when youonly had 3 other cars that went thru the drive thru!!??? Read more
I have never been tempted to go to an Arby's (we had some back in Texas and I never went there either, i guess my personal... curiosity wasnt enough) but my son asks if we can go every time we pass by. One day I finally decided to go through thedrive-thru to buy him a sandwich. I figured i'd see how delicious they were and, based on this purchase, decide to come back inthe future. Too bad i was not impressed. If anything I was in disbelief that they would charge me $9 for a sandwich that didnthave much meat inside. They try to make it look like it does but as soon as you open the sandwich you can see the meats beenpushed to the center so there is no meat on the edges of the bread. It was like I had ordered a kids meal but Im 100% sure itwas a regular meal (to be honest, im not sure if they have kids meals). This is too bad because the sandwich looked good beforeI realized it wasnt worth the cost. Also, as a first time customer I was confused as to what Arby's restaurant represents. Arethey a healthy restaurant or not?? They have sandwiches on the menu but have fries for sides. The tater tots (cant remember whatthey call them) I got with the sandwich were pretty oily (i ordered them because I figured they would be baked). Again, confusedon Arby's food theme. They also take longer than expected to make a sandwich. Im sure the fries were already made because theywerent piping hot and we didnt ask for a special sandwhich (we got it how its made on the menu). The restaurant wasnt full,either, so I dont see why it took that long. I will not be coming back any time soon. I know some people will say, give itanother try, but.... if i give it another try and am unimpressed again, they will ruin my experience for all other Arby's. So Irather wait it out. It's an Arby's. They are a bit hard to notice from the road. The food will taste like the food from any other Arby's. However,... heir dining area is a cool split level affair with a large glass window. Read more
The cashier( drive through) was very rode to me and my husband and there was only my car ordering food. She was so unhelpful so... the manager had to help us to order and he was very nice to us, thank you Our suggestion for the cashier is get a new job andstop being lazy. Read more
