The food is good, but drive thru took an hour wait before I got to order. I saw about 5 to 7 cars drive away because they got... tired of waiting. The same amount of wait can be expected inside. I still stayed because I like the burgers, but get ready tohave patience and a half waiting!!! Read more
Terrible service. I?ve never seen so many people standing around and goofing off, messing with each other?s hair and uniforms... after making people in line wait almost an hour to even pay for their food only to wait another 7-10 to actually get the foodand then I get handed this ?shake? not even full. They asked multiple times if I wanted whipped cream even though I said atleast 6 times when ordering I did not then twice more at the window. If I had said yes so doubt I would?ve even had half a shakebecause they?d just fill it up with whipped cream. Read more
Waited in line in the drive thru for 13 minutes. Got to the mic and ordered 3 milkshakes. ?Oh, we are out of milkshakes... today.? YOU COULD HAVE MADE A SIGN AT THE ENTRANCE of the drive thru. Read more
Drive through is a little slow, but I swear I see the same 3-4 people working here. I?d assume they are shorthanded so not much... the workers can do about that. Food is usually on point. The one time it wasn?t I think they were out of the ?right size meat?for the wearer bacon burger so they put an extra smaller patty on there to make up for it. Harder to eat but at least they weretrying to make lemonade with lemons. The staff is always friendly and asking how the food is and if we are okay. Lobby is opentoo unlike most of the eagle River restaurants make me want to go there more. Great job guys! Read more

This restaurant has everything that you need in the fast food joint. The service is fast and reliable, the food is fresh and... tasty, and the interior is clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a quick place to go grab some food Read more
When you pick up your food and there is literal bite marks in it. This is after the manager told me to just go to the hospital... if someone is sick. FYI this picture was taken several hours later after my family got sick. Read more
