I have never had a bad experience here, until I decided to have ice cream delivered because I was sick. I paid for a pint or... ?mine? ice cream, and got a ?like it ?size ice cream. To make matters worse, I ordered founders favorite and instead of pecans Igot walnuts there was no fudge and there was no caramel there was just a small wad of brownie and walnuts sitting in the centerof my ice cream not even remotely mixed in. I?ve always had a really good customer service and delicious ice cream here foryears-but knowing this is the result when you aren?t in the store to hold employees accountable has really changed my opinionand I don?t know that I?ll be going back.
