I have never had a bad experience here, until I decided to have ice cream delivered because I was sick. I paid for a pint or... ?mine? ice cream, and got a ?like it ?size ice cream. To make matters worse, I ordered founders favorite and instead of pecans Igot walnuts there was no fudge and there was no caramel there was just a small wad of brownie and walnuts sitting in the centerof my ice cream not even remotely mixed in. I?ve always had a really good customer service and delicious ice cream here foryears-but knowing this is the result when you aren?t in the store to hold employees accountable has really changed my opinionand I don?t know that I?ll be going back. Coldstone is awesomeness served the way you want. Great flavors are always in abundance. Staff are all great, friendly and... courteous. Price is a bit on the high side as it can cost almost as much for desserts as it did for dinner. If not for that Iwould have given a five star. If 4.5 was an option it certainly have that. Read more

Great service the worker was able to make a special order that Cold Stone hasn't had on the menu for years. I had mercy on them... and didn't make the sing for the tip. But it was in all good spirits. And the ice cream was just like I wanted it. GREAT JOB!! Read more
