We ordered pizza about a week ago. My partner is allergic to pineapple and his pizza got some pineapple on it while being... prepared. Called and spoke to the only employee on and he was extremely kind and helpful. He fixed the pizza and had itdelivered so quickly. The driver was equally fantastic. Everyone makes mistakes, but how a business responds to mistakes reallyshows how they value their customer base. Will definitely order from here again, they're fantastic. Read more
I?ve had pizza from here a handful of times and every time it destroys my stomach. I?ve had missing toppings, unmelted cheese... and cold/warm pizza. I live within a 5 minute drive and my pizza is usually on the colder side of warm temperature wise which isweird with me being so close to them. I love papa johns but for some reason only this location has gave me some issues with mystomach. Read more
Overall Papa Johns is my go to when I order pizza however, today they had very poor unprofessional service. The staff (2) were... clearly over worked. I ordered online as I always do only this time I accidentally ordered carry out instead of delivery. Icalled and asked how long it would take for delivery I was quoted 45 minutes. I thought this was odd because my pizza wasalready boxed and ready for pick up. I asked if the pizza would still be warm she said yes it is under the heat lamps. We live10 minutes away so we decided to just pick it up. The pizza was on the rack not under the heat lamps, they forgot our sauce thatcame with the pizza and the sauce I paid extra for .50 cents not a big deal just annoying. Fairly good toppings to pizza, and nice warmth upon delivery. I think the carryout service is okay but just okay.. service is... not with a smile and when they get backed up attitudes can be taken out on the customers. Papa John's used to be a generallygreat place for families to go but I walked in one time to find two employees using fowl language. Since when is that showingcourtesy? Read more
Always a great stop by especially when/if you shop at ER Walmart! The employees are always nice and the pizza is always... fresh! The best part is my name is always different than the last time! Always having to joke around with that everytime I goin! Read more
