Ok Pizza Hut. If I wanted my order delivered by door dash, I would have ordered something other than pizza. Order came cold,... no safety stickers sealing the order, paid your $6 delivery fee and 18% tip. Basically I got $50 worth of gas stationequivalent pizza. Actually, now that I think of it, I?ve had better gas station pizza at a fraction of the price. Read more

Employees are friendly. I do pick ups and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Orders are usually ready when I arrive.
Manager at Eagle River, AK location was extremely rude. I paid cash,they burned my pizza, I asked for a refund, Manager threw my... pizza in the trash and told me I could not get a refund only that they would remake the pizza. Do to time restrictions this wasnot a option for me, I expressed that to Manager she basically didn't care and would not compensate me. I left this locationwith no pizza and my money was not returned. I will never patrioniz this location again as long as she works there. The rest ofthe staff however were great. Read more
I?ve ordered from them multiple times. They have always delivered. Now they refuse to come to my house which is about 5 minutes... away as all of a sudden the computer says my address is not deliverable. I would recommend not ordering from Pizza Hut EagleRiver if you live in Powder Ridge! Read more
Our visit last night to this Pizza Hut was one big cluster. We arrive and see plastic .99 cent table cloths on the tables and a... dirty and outdated interior. We were told by a server that the menu was available through a scanned QR code which took a littlewhile to work properly. Server was semi-quick to take our order. She brought over two bottles of root beer - I think we wereboth expecting fountain drinks. As we sat there, some guy in the back of the restaurant, continually yelled at the otherworkers, at one point using the F word while there was a child dining in the restaurant with his parents. I am no prude aboutcurse words, but that was inappropriate. It didn?t take forever for our food to come, and the pizza was pretty good. Theybrought our pizza in a box. Ummm, clearly we planned to dine in since we?ve already ordered sodas. We had to ask numerous timesfor plates. The first time, the girl said ?how many?. One would think since there were two of us at the table, that we wantedtwo plates, but OK. Then we had to go retrieve plastic silverware and napkins. It almost seems like they are days away fromclosing. Unfortunately, we won?t be going back. Something tells me that the girl who is training to be a server isn?t going tomake it.
