Grabbed a cup of coffee in eagle river the other morning. They made it perfect and were fast and friendly!!
A nice store to visit. You can redeem star points for cups here. Service is usually quick.

This Starbucks location is the absolute WORST in all of the US. I've visited and lived every state in the US and this location... by far takes the worst in functionality. Look, I choose to go to Starbucks because it's convenient and well known. However I goto get coffee! NOT STEAMED milk! This is the 3rd time now that I get steamed milk no espresso. I've complained to the managerbefore and I get the gift card and we move on. However, I'm steamed (no pun). It is a first world problem sure, but when I pay$5+ dollars for mediocre coffee damn it I want my mediocre coffee! Lesson learned. 100% boycotted this location. Let's notmention that some of the girls r rude and not happy to be there (most r military wives) so give the job to someone less spoiledand shall I say prejudice. Read more
Best location I've ran across ever, the "stereotype" of Starbucks poor quality, isn't their coffee. Everyone here makes the... product to perfection, is pleasant to talk to & is consistently spot on. Read more
