We got the brisket and rib tips. The brisket was tender and just the right amount of fat on it. We weren't sure what the rib... tips would be, man were they tasty! The seasoning and smoke flavor of rib tips tasted so good! We almost thought about orderingmore. If you are looking to dine in, expect a few hr wait. My wife I travelled from Illinois and do not know the area well. The handyman at our cabin area point us to this place. The... place is right on the shoreline of Lake Superior and has amazing view of the lake. The service is good, our server gave us greatsuggestions, the menu has a decent selection and we enjoyed the food. Read more
The food is beyond phenomenal, and the atmosphere is welcoming and chill. Want to get dressed up for some fine dining and go?... Or, want to stop in after a day of hiking in Copper Harbor? You will fit right in! Whether it’s jeans or a dress, you won’tfeel out of place. Prices are on par for the exceptional food you receive, and the view you get while eating isamazing. If you find yourself in the UP, especially the Keweenaw, then find a table a Fitzgerald’s. We are from Memphis, so let me say... our bbq standards are pretty tough. We had our doubts that a place so far from the bbq belt could really know how to smoke. Wewere impressed!! The brisket was excellent, the smoked 1/2 chicken as well. This restaurant is pure bliss. You cannot get any closer to the shores of Lake Superior while dining. They have a lovely balcony... and small inside seating area. If you don’t feel like you’re in heaven when here, not sure what else would. Definitely wortha stop, or a stay (at the hotel). Read more

A GEM in the wilderness! We came in winter and the view was beyond compare. The food was even better. We had the brisket and... the garlic Udon noodles and we cleaned our plates. Then we had the white chocolate vanilla cheesecake and it was so light andrefreshing. The atmosphere is cozy, there are only a few tables so it's lovely and intimate. Should we visit Eagle Harbor inthe future this will be a stop we make. Just make reservations first. Read more
