Like everyone else in this review and its very consistent. This McDonald's does not monitor or have anyone with experience at... their drive through. Drove up with not really a busy line(2 cars in front of me in my lane and 1 car in another giving theirorder). Ordered a Quarter Pounder Meal with a Dr. Pepper and cheeseburger happy meal. No special mods or any changes. Had mywindow rolled down while heading to the window and I over hear the car in fron saying that she did not order a Dr. Pepper butneeded a Diet Coke. They exchanged her drink and I pulled up. First I noticed that this attendent had a ton of drinks in frontof her with no real organization. Doesn't say hello, Doesn't confirm the order just hands me a drink and the apple juice that Iwas supposed to receive. As soon as I put my drinks into ky holder. She shoves the happpy meal and a bag outside the windowright into my face. I grab the bag to help her out and before I could even say a word she is already looking at the monitor andignoring that I wanted to ask for some ketchup. I ignored this and drove off because I didn't want to be rude to the peoplebehind me. But if course to my surprise when I got to my house. My daughter didnt get her cheeseburger and I got a Diet Coke. Imsorry but if I am paying close to In & Out or Habit prices I better receive close to the same service or at least my orderright. I would honestly give this location a 0 star rating?. Im a bus driver? I drive a bus late at night? I go to the drive-thru in... person to order something? I wait 5 mins and no service is given through the order machine? I then proceed to the pick-upwindow and a female employee ignores me and turns her back on me? I tell her I just want food? I went thru the drive thru. I didn't get what I wanted because the breakfast deal that was pictured before reaching the the... order speaker was not known by the person taking orders and she couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. So I madeit simple. I ordered a small coffee and two sausage Mcmuffins w cheese. The special price was 3.50 I paid 8.75 .ThanksMcDonald's for I paid with a ten and gave the homeless man waiting at the end of the driveway my change.He was grateful.andblessed God. Horrible location. Two drive-thru lanes but they regularly take multiple orders from one and not the other. Routinely forget to... put sauces for chicken nuggets in even if specified at the end of ordering. Also gets drink wrong about 25% of the time. Read more
